Your lake adventures will live their best life at this tastefully appointed modern cottage. From the state-of-the-art framed tv to radiant floor heating, this Danish-inspired hygge home is cozy and welcoming.

Relax awhile and sip some wine on the covered porch with oversized Papasan chairs, a large fire pit, porch heating, a Weber grill, and comfy chat seating.

Stay awhile to enjoy a book sitting on the amazing view nook. Clean maple-clad cabinets adorn the open kitchen with dining for six and a pantry stocked with a waffle maker, French press, and additional amenities. A convenient full bathroom and laundry closet with a quiet washer/dryer stack is also on the main floor.

Head upstairs for gorgeous views and check in on the kids with a direct line of sight to the hot tub and pool. Make it a movie night on the 55” Samsung TV and King-sized Novaform mattress or catch a nap on the Casper Queen. Both bedrooms feature separate en-suite bathrooms.

5th Annual Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 5th time we have stayed at Chelan Awhile for our annual girls' trip. We love the location, love the community and amenities of the Lookout. This house suits our needs perfectly with 2 master bedrooms. Our only suggestion is a slightly bigger couch for evening lounging together.

Great community

We love our visits to The Lookout! We have stayed here many times and we love it more each time. Safe for the kids and lots of activities for everyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed most of our stay. The house was very clean, accommodated our family well and had everything we would need for our stay. We loved the beach area and the shuttle rides down to the water. The downfalls were being located next to the pool. Most nights there were people at the pool after hours that kept us awake. Another downfall was one of the toilets kept running, so all night it would refill, even after it was looked at s d then because of the fires we woke up to ash covering all of the outdoor furniture most mornings. We just got in a habit of cleaning the furniture after we woke up.

Fun Stay

The home is very nice, well maintained, beds are comfortable, 3 full baths is a dream for a girls trip. The pool is right next to you and you’re treated like royalty in that community. The house was super clean and very modern, loved interior style, perfect for 2 families staying comfortably. It was very kids friendly, there was lots of kids related stuff such as high chair, kids plates, step stools which was really nice if you have kids. The community here is really nice. They occasionally have event like wine tasting or s’more party and send event information via text to guests directly. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Clean and Convenient

Great for a family with small kids very close access to pool which was really nice with small children!Nice amount of towels for pool and shower Comfy beds Con’s: The water pressure isn’t greatNo garbage disposalBlack out curtains for upper portion of windows was cut-out cardboard you could put up, but when we did it falling down - maybe time to just hang some blinds.This is adjacent to a grassy area but it’s dog friendly so the grass is where people let their dogs go to the bathroom.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay got off to a rocky start...the wifi & tv's did not work for the first half of our stay. This was super frustrating because I was planning on working from while on "vacay" The other issue was that the ice maker/water machine did not work on our refrigerator and the circuit breaker was continuously "tripping" which turned off everything in the primary bedroom. Other than that, the stay was nice, we really enjoyed being so close to the pool.

"Chelan Awhile" we will be "Chelan Again!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is stocked with everything you need and then some! Kitchen has everything, home is in perfect condition, clean, light, bright, cool, beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Steps away from the pool with having 2 younger kids it was perfect. Only complaint is the bedrooms needs more blinds or curtains or upper windows because it gets bright very early and there is a lot one construction going on right next to the home and they started very early in the morning. Other then that my family and I will for sure be back. Community has lots of great lookout places/photo ops, nice park, both pools are amazing and the community of houses are all so cute! Lots of places to Bbq around the community.

Great location, A/C did not function

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the temperature was 76 degrees and maintenance employees were in the unit working to fix the AC. They left, and a few hours later the temperature had not changed. We called maintenance again, they said the heat pump hadn't been turned on and that it should work. The temperature never got below 76 degrees overnight, so we called and left a message with maintenance the next morning. We never received a call or visit during our stay. We kept the blinds closed the entire visit, which helped keep it from getting warmer, but it was not a pleasant environment. The unit was clean and organized, and the proximity to the pool was great, but would not stay here again.

We enjoyed the outdoor patio with radiant ceiling heat in the afternoons and close proximity to the community hot tub was a bonus. Kitchen was small but we made successful dinners both nights. Peek a boo views of surrounding hills were nice. Window coverings in house were cheap, and little things like bathroom shelf not in studs and no suitcase stand in one bedroom were not up to the Lookout quality we are used to. Had to work with resort staff twice on gate/house access and they were very friendly and responsive both times.

If you have children the location is great. 2) some of the outdoor furniture needed to be upgraded But all in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Getaway

It's cute, located right by the Vineyard Pool, and has a great vibe. It was really hot, and there was a bit of a snafu with the cooling system the first night, but everything smoothed out after that. The Lookout has lots of community-wide activities, and is located right in the heart of the Lake Chelan wine and cider tasting area. Great place.

Stayed at these hats plenty of times at the Outlook but this one has really terrible living room furniture and outdoor sitting furniture. You can’t even sit really in the outdoor furniture without it breaking or falling over I would recommend a different unit than this one, the sofas in the living room, very minimal and only has two chairs other than that bedroom furniture upstairs is great but they need to really improve their living room and outdoor furniture. They’re getting paid a lot of money. It needs to be at least usable.

We love the location being close to the assigned parking spot, near the pool but not looking in so the patio still felt private. Both bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen and pantry have so many tools you are set for any type of cooking or grilling. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome experience! June is definitely the month to go if the weather cooperates. The unit is really cute! We loved the beds and thought they were super comfortable. Huge bonus!Kitchen well stocked minus a garlic press. But I felt it was a little on the cheaper side. Everything is IKEA. The chairs for the kitchen were very uncomfortable with a ridge so if you sat on the edge it hurt. We’ll try a different unit next time we travel just to compare. Loved this location bc it’s close enough to the pool but far enough for noise except for the pool music which was so loud we had to call to turn it down bc you can hear every lyric inside the house.
