Anna Maria Island è una bellissima e rilassata comunità di isole con una popolazione locale estremamente amichevole. Conveniente per gli aeroporti internazionali di Sarasota e Tampa, Anna Maria offre chilometri di spiagge incontaminate, MOLTI ottimi posti per cenare e bere e negozi a bizzeffe! Se stai cercando una piccola avventura, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney World e Universal Studios sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Pesca di classe mondiale, canottaggio, moto d'acqua, parapendio, beachcombing - fai tutto o non fare nulla !! Davvero un paradiso per le vacanze! Durante la permanenza nella nostra residenza cittadina, troverete la nostra piscina riscaldata una gioia e se per caso vivete una giornata rara e piovosa, troverete una serie di giochi per far divertire tutti!

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this beautiful townhouse. The house was clean and in a perfect location. We did get the golf cart and used it every single day. Made getting around very easy. This location was perfect with the beach right across the street. The house comes with everything you need for a perfect beach day. I am just leaning and I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful AMI townhome. Well-furnished 3/3. Heated pool a sparkling gem. So close to Holmes Beach. Many beach accoutrements available in closed garage. The cart golf was worth the added price. Across the street from the Publix plaza that also offers restaurants, ice cream, hardware and touristy store options. The Smiths were quick to respond. Loved our time there!

Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants right across the street. The golf cart was handy for exploring the island and getting our things to the beach. The property was clean and the hosts communicated well.

Great location, clean and well equipped! Townhouse also has a private garage and absolutely everything you’ll need for the beach which is always a plus! We didn’t use the pool at all as we stayed on the beach all week. Property right across from grocery, beach stores and amazing restaurants.

Absolutely perfect place for a long weekend in February! The townhouse had everything we needed and Tim was very responsive to questions we had. Our kids loved the heated pool and the golf cart was perfect for getting around the island. Our kids were already asking when we would be coming back again.

The location is amazing! A grocery store and many local restaurants across the street, as well as access to the free island trolley right out front of the complex. The unit is well furnished and stocked with anything you might need - a big plus! The decor is fantastic! And the view from the screened in balconies - wow!!! The host is responsive and helpful - another huge bonus!

Lovely stay; close to beach. Loved the golf cart. The towels smelled great and beds are comfy. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

This is truly a paradise! Anna Maria has a laid-back attitude - no high rises and throngs of tourists here. The people are super friendly, the beach and Gulf are absolutely gorgeous, and you are close to Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Pete/Tampa so can enjoy all they have to offer - it's simply perfect!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our townhome is in a fantastic location, central to everything! Go a bit south and enjoy Bradenton Beach, Bridge Street, Coquina Beach, and Longboat Key. Go a bit North and enjoy Anna Maria and the tip of the island. Or stay right in Holmes Beach and walk down to our stunning beach, walk to the market, cafes and shops, or drop your boat in right around the corner at Kingfish ramp. If using the golf cart during your stay, everything is absolutely effortless (and a lot of fun!).
