Casa lontano da casa. Basta aprire la porta dalla veranda e si è sicuri di sentirsi rilassati e totalmente a casa. Questa casa arredata con gusto è stata costruita nel 2005 con tutti i comfort di cui avrete bisogno durante la vostra vacanza. Cucina completamente attrezzata aperta sul soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Luminoso e arioso con un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi.

Ampio schermo in veranda arredata al largo della zona giorno e camera matrimoniale. Al piano superiore al piano superiore ci sono molti libri e giochi per TV, DVD e Sony PS2, perfetti per i giovani e i giovani di cuore. Cortile molto grande, per quella partita amichevole di baseball o calcio. Se hai voglia di una giornata pigra, rilassati sull'amaca nel cortile privato. Nuovo ponte posteriore aggiunto nel 2011 che confina con il portico schermato.

Doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda per il risciacquo dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino su uno dei due portici o proiettato nella veranda sul retro. Molto a che fare con 4 spiagge vicine. Fai shopping nel centro di Kennebunkport o visita LL. Fagiolo in porto franco.

Trascorri una serata in uno dei meravigliosi ristoranti locali. Aragoste dal vivo in vendita lungo la strada. Rilassati, divertiti, te lo meriti.

Our mini-vacation was amazing, and this house is perfect! It is extremely spacious, very clean, and has comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed and more. Even though a rainstorm rolled through during our stay, the large screened porch was awesome. Host Gillian was overly kind, incredibly helpful, and answered all of our questions promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

Wonderful stay- house very well equipped and just a mile to the beach. We stayed during a heat wave and the central air was a life saver. Would 100%book again.

This home was private, beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The screen porch and deck were a great place to hang out. The kitchen has everything that you would need and more. There were four of us ladies for 5 days. We were easily able to explore Kittery, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport. There is a tree spa close which I highly recommend. There are plenty of games and we played games in the evening.

We came for a college graduation and thought it would be easier (and way cheaper) to put the family under one roof. Best decision ever. The property was perfect for what we needed but I could also see this as a great place for a beach vacation. Not IN the beach towns but close enough to fully take advantage of food, shopping and beach opportunities. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group of friends LOVED our stay here in Kennebunkport. This beautiful house had everything we needed - it was comfortable, spotless & close to all of our touring spots. The screened in porch was our favorite! We will recommend this to friends & family! I would definitely come back!

Friend's wedding weekend

Good size house away from the road, quiet neighborhood. The house is big and has a great kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a big group. I would stay here again! Close to Goose Rocks Beach!

Goose Rocks Beach Haven

Great property within biking distance of Goose Rocks Beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all the Covid 19 concerns this summer. Our family had a fabulous time in Kennebunkport and this residence.

A great house for family vacation

My family had an amazing time at Goose Rocks Beach. We had our annual family reunion at the beach. This house was gorgeous and fit our family well. The kids loved the lay-out as there were many areas for them to relax together. The screened-in porch was lovely for morning coffee and evening drinks. We would love to return to this house for another vacation!

Fantastic Host, awesome property

This was a fantastic rental. Your minutes away from the beach, and writing between Kennebunkport and University of New England. We rented it for our daughter's graduation from UNE and it was a perfect place to stay with all the adult relatives. Thank you for making this such a great experience and so easy

Peaceful week had with family

Perfect home for a large family or multiple families. Bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of room to lounge upstairs or play space for littles. This was our 2nd year in a row and it has everything we need for 3 families including little kids. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach which is the best little beach! And a short drive to other popular locations.

Family getaway in Kennebunkport.

The family had a great week at Gillian's home in Kennebunkport. The location is close to the beach and downtown. This is our third time at Gillian’s home. The house is big enough for the whole family with all the amenities needed to make a few meals at home. The home has a beautiful updated kitchen, which gives us a nice home feeling. Thanks again for letting us stay at your home. We had a lovely time.

Family vacation

We spent a lovely week in Kennebunkport. The house was clean and well stocked with housewares, which what was needed to make a few dinners at home and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Gillian was very attentive in asking if everything was in order. The family wants to go back to Kennebunkport and stay in this beautiful home again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Home away from Home

This rental was remarkable! Clean and neat! Tons of room for the whole family to spread out. The children had plenty of space and even a loft in which to entertain themselves. The screened in porch was a huge bonus and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings outside. The house is 1 mile or less to the beach and very accessible to all areas of interest in Kennebunkport. This house will NOT disappoint. Way better and bigger than I imagined based on the photos and reviews. We cannot wait to visit again. The owners were also very friendly and receptive to any questions. They made our stay a huge success!

Many people say the same thing that the house is even nicer than the photos show. We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible as everyone deserves a stress free, relaxing vacation to recharge. The screen porch is our favorite also, we live there when we are using the house, breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course a sunset cocktail with family and friends.

Home away from home

Our stay at this wonderful home was everything we hoped for. My husband and I were celebrating our 40th birthdays (July 2010) and we wanted to stay somewhere special near the coast. This place was everything we were looking for! Comfort, space and very well cared for is only a few of the words I would use to describe it. Kennebunkport has lots of shopping, restaurants and nearby blueberry picking! Goose Rocks beach is only down the road and it has the best waves for swimming and boogie boarding. My kids loved it. This property is highly recommended for anyone with a large family or even two families to share; the home is very spacious. The owner is helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We are returning for another stay this summer!

Very comfortable

Wonderful location near the beach. Bicycled to it a few times. Parking at the beach is $100 per week. The yard was very private and nicely kept. The deck and screened in porch were delightful. It rained most of our week, so we did spend a lot of time indoors and enjoyed the space. We were surprised that we needed to provide our own sheets and towels and haul the garbage to the curb. This has not been the norm for our vrbo stays. However, the house is very reasonably priced and we did truly enjoy our stay. The bicycles and beach equipment were helpful. Thanks

Everything was great!!

We arrived and the house was immaculate and very welcoming even with flowers in small vases as well as a bottle of wine welcoming us; a very nice touch. There was plenty of room for all seven people. The location was great as we had family at Goose Rocks Beach area with cottages. It was less than 5 minutes to the beach. It was also nice to come home at the end of the day and relax on the screened porch or deck. The decor was warm in colors and very welcoming as well as comfortable. The house was very well equipped with all needs for day to day living and at times we had family over for dinner and all worked out well. There was a window blind that was not working properly and I called the owner and within the hour, it was fixed. Overall, i think the house is great and would not hesitate going back again. The owners are wonderful and kind people wanting to do anything they can to make the stay memorable and a hassle free vacation. All and all, we didn't want to leave!!!

Very clean and large house. Our family was very comfortable spreading out and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans plus a host of spices and seasoning. They also supplied coffee and sugar. Overall we had a pleasant stay. I’d highly recommend!

Our stay at the Goose Rocks Beach house was lovely! It was very easy to communicate with Gillian and she had answered a number of my questions even before we arrived in Kennebunkport. The house was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and there was more than enough room for four adults to relax together. The home could easily have accommodated twice that amount! The grounds are well manicured, with pretty flower beds and bordered by woods. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and the sunny outside deck adjacent to it. There are rocking chairs under a roof at the front of the house as well. The internet was quick and reliable enough for my husband to take care of some business needs. The beds that we slept in were comfortable. Conveniently, the house is less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Kennebunkport. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return to it someday in the future.

My husband grew up going to Goose Rocks beach each year. When I came here from Ireland and we got married we both enjoyed the beauty of the coast of Maine and most especially Goose Rocks Beach and the Kennebunkport area. After many years of looking we found our ideal place to build in 2005. It is less than 2 hours from our home in Massachusetts and we spend as much time as we can here in our haven or home away from home.

We love walking to the beach especially after dinner. We enjoy all the wonderful restaurants that are so close to us and walking around 'The Port' (Kennebunkport). It never gets old and we are always discovering something new. We enjoy going to Portland to catch a Seadogs game or live theater. LL Bean is a must at least twice a year for Steve
