Wonderful house and great location! A few minutes from Dollywood with Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge only a short distant away. The house was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Very clean and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend.

AMAZING location, only 10-15 minutes from all the major adventures we had! Fantastic view from the balconies, plenty of sleeping and living space, kid friendly, and a huge kitchen! Would love to come back again in the future!

The house was comfortable with the space we needed for a family getaway. The water pressure and hot showers were the best I’ve ever had in a cabin. The mattress/bed was comfortable. I believe that some of the pots and pans and especially the toaster could or should be upgraded. It may be a fire hazard. But it was a wonderful place to stay and we had an amazing week with our family.

We had a wonderful family vacation!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area! The house is beautiful, spacious, and has a great layout for accommodating a large family. The location was one of our favorite features—it felt peaceful and secluded while still being conveniently located to so many fun things to do in the area. The AC worked great during the warm weather, the hot water was excellent, and we loved having the spacious hot tub to relax in after a busy day. The kids especially enjoyed the game/theater room, which was a big hit with our family! The host was responsive when we reached out with questions and concerns, and we appreciated her prompt communication and willingness to help. Overall, the home has many wonderful features that made it a great home base for our family vacation. We enjoyed our time together and appreciated the opportunity to make special memories in such a convenient location!

The property was clean and comfortable! The location couldn't have been more perfect. Super close to dollywood and the main strip in Pigeon Forge! We would absolutely stay again and we wish we could have stayed longer!! The only extremely minor thing was that we couldn't get the roku remote to work for the master bedroom. We tried new batteries but still couldn't get it to work. We had our tablets so it wasnt a big deal at all!

Was a great experience!

Was a great experience but we pretty much just slept there as we drove to different places each day. One day we went to Dollywood and we were just up the road from it.

Perfect location, beautiful scenery!

It felt like a home away from home! Perfect location, beautiful scenery, house was fully stocked, and very clean. We had five adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space and plenty to do! We can’t wait to return back.

We had a great stay over spring break.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hot tub was a highlight as we used it every night after long days walking around Gatlinburg and Dollywood. The beds were comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the movie theater and game room. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely recommend!

The cabin was clean on arrival and exactly as described. It was comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. Just note there’s about a five-minute gravel road to access it, and it is pet-friendly, so keep that in mind. Overall, a five-star experience—I would definitely recommend!

Ash Place was amazing

Ash Place was amazing, very clean and exactly as described. It was very spacious; we were nine of us, and we all fit comfortably. The location was perfect, with Dollywood and a shopping center nearby. There was also a wonderful community pool that the kids really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place!

The cozy cabin on top of the mountain is beautiful. We had family fun in the game room. Watched a movie. Chilled on the balcony enjoying a Smoky Mountain sunset. Quick trip to the delightful Dollywood and area attractions. Wonderful vacation. Host was fabulous.
