Bellissimo attico quasi nuovo su due piani in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal cuore di Tulum, dalle rovine Maya e dalle bianche spiagge dei Caraibi. I famosi cenotes per immersioni, snorkeling e nuoto si trovano nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento ha 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e una grande terrazza sul tetto con una splendida vista sulla giungla. Se necessario, c'è anche un'altra camera da letto con un bagno collegato alla terrazza sul tetto. Utilizza il giardino comune privato e la piscina ben curata e goditi il tuo parcheggio. L'apparecchiatura include naturalmente aria condizionata moderna, WiFi ad alta velocità, TV a schermo piatto con ricezione satellitare, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, impianto stereo wireless e un grande frigorifero.


CASA COLIBRI [livello inferiore - 2 camere da letto]
Al piano inferiore (73 mq) si trova l'appartamento reale con salone e cucina, 2 camere da letto e bagno e un ampio balcone.
Il soggiorno ha una cucina aperta separata da un'isola cucina che può ospitare comodamente 4 persone sulle sedie da bar di design. La zona giorno offre divani e poltrone per 6 persone, da cui si gode una splendida vista sul balcone. Sul balcone c'è un tavolo e sedie per la colazione con vista sul giardino e sulla giungla.
La cucina è moderna e ben attrezzata: grande frigorifero GE, microonde, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, macchina da caffè, caffettiera espresso, tostapane, frullatore, frullatore per margarita, fornelli in ceramica e altro ancora.
Le due camere sono arredate con letti matrimoniali con materassi di alta qualità, armadi a muro, ventilatori e aria condizionata per sogni d'oro.
Il bagno piastrellato ha una doccia "walk-in" con funzione pioggia e vera parete di vetro e ha la luce del giorno attraverso una finestra. Un buon asciugacapelli è inoltre disponibile.

LOVERS NEST & ROOF TERRACE [livello superiore - 1 camera da letto]
La terza camera da letto privata con bagno "in suite" (22 mq) si trova al piano superiore con accesso diretto all'enorme terrazza sul tetto (50 mq) con vista. La terrazza sul tetto è dotata di 2 lettini e 2 sedie a sdraio. Parte della terrazza è protetta dal sole da una pergola. C'è anche un lavandino esterno. Questo livello è accessibile tramite le scale e offre una privacy romantica, ma non è adatto solo ai bambini più piccoli.

GIARDINO, PISCINA E SERVIZI
Il giardino tropicale e la piscina curva sono costantemente mantenuti e sono disponibili solo per gli ospiti degli appartamenti nel condominio e offrono una piacevole atmosfera per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi o per una nuotata mattutina. Tutte le camere dell'appartamento sono dotate di aria condizionata moderna con molte opzioni di impostazione e ventilatori. Beautiful condo in Tulum

This apartment is modern and lovely. Diana made sure we were comfortable and had the best time possible in Tulum over our stay at New Years. She is a very caring and lovely host. The place is a bit outside the centre of town but the bikes came in handy, otherwise it’s supereasy to find a cab on the road outside. The pool was lovely for a quiet afternoon and a corner store for supplies just down the street.

We stayed in this apartment over Christmas. For a family of 5 adults and 2 dogs it was perfectly suitable. No dishwasher or oven was unfortunate.

Very pleasant place to stay in Tulum Pueblo

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop deck has a sofa, lounge chairs, table, and is a great place to sit and hang out, especially in the evenings. The complex has a fun small swimming pool that gets some sun. The kitchen is fairly well appointed with cookware, has plenty of silverware and plates etc. There is a microwave and stove top, but no oven or grill. A grill would be nice to make it easier to cook some of your own meals. There is a corner store very close for essentials, but plan on using the bikes or car to get to a larger grocery store and the many excellent restaurants. We encountered a fluke problem with the water heater, but was resolved by the on site management and maintenance team. All in all, we had a great stay, and the local contacts provided helped by offering info on tours, sights, etc.

We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the support staff is great.

This part of town is close to the main strip of Tulum and the beach zone. There were very nice restaurants near by and the ones recommended by the owners were exceptional. We enjoy the convenience of being near everything but far enough that it is peaceful. We stayed for a month with our two children and brought a friend. The penthouse bedroom was perfect for our friend and we enjoyed outdoor dining on the roof top terrace, swimming in the pool and bike riding around town. There are two local Cenote bike riding distance as well as the beach. The apartment was well cared for and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service from start to finish. Even with changes in schedule, etc. they were accommodating and met all of my group's needs. The rooms were great and the facilities were top notch.

Wonderful place

We stayed in this appartement for a week and I must say everything was perfect. Exactly like the pictures show beautiful decoration, fully equipped, very clean. Good location, close to the beach and the nice restaurants and bars along the sea. Tulum is the best place to visit the area and to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of the coast. The host gives you all necessary details to enjoy your holiday. Do not hesitate to go, you won't regret.

Secluded retreat

Fantastic apartment with very responsive hosts. The villa has all facilities you would need and is in a convenient location removed from the maddening crowds but close to the beach and eating options. Would definitely stay again

Another great stay in Tulum!

A few months ago whilst planning my wife's upcoming birthday, I asked her what she'd like to do, and where she'd like to go. To my surprise (and delight) she responded "let's go back to Tulum!" Though we'd just had a two week stay at Casa Colibri in April/May of 2016, we were both excited to return in late November for another visit. Having felt a touch guilty about having such a spacious condo all to ourselves the first time around, we had my wife's sister join us this time. Having her own suite with private entrance, ensuite, and a huge balcony meant that apart from getting together for coffee in the morning, and drinks in the evening, we all had plenty of space and privacy. With the evening temperatures in November and December being very comfortable, we all enjoyed a drink or two on the upper balcony as the sun set, and the moon and starlit sky took over - fantastic! This property has everything we needed for another great stay. Every room has an overhead fan, air conditioning, and all the comforts of home. The design, and furnishing is both very modern and comfortable. Much to our surprise we arrived to a kitchen island loaded with birthday treats - candles, balloons, streamers, snacks, and even some bubbly - thanks Diana! Everything from the location, space, design, and amenities (kitchen, living areas, decks, outdoor pool) is top notch and very comfortable. The property is very well cared for, as not a day goes by where the grounds and swimming pool aren't being tended to. The suite itself is very tidy, and having the maid visit part way through your stay is a great idea - she does a great job! All in all, another great stay!

A very relaxing stay.

The photographs pretty much tell the story. This is a very tastefully decorated, well appointed, and relaxing property. The condo is located a few minutes from town in a most unassuming neighbourhood. The property is very tidy and well maintained, yet does not feel fussy. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived (warm greeting and snacks - thank you!), to the time we departed - very professional, yet relaxed. The pool was extremely refreshing, and we often had it to ourselves. All in all a great stay in a well appointed condo. We'd recommend having a rental car if you wish to frequent the local beaches, as they're a good ten or fifteen minutes drive. Parking was included! The bicycles are a good option too!

The Condo and overall property are very well maintained, and the service is excellent

Our stay in Tulum was really very pleasant. Our condo was a 2 floor unit with a room on the top floor with a very large balcony. The area as a whole is undergoing a great deal of development, so the roads are still a bit rustic, but it's not a problem once you get used to avoiding pot holes. The location is great - it's a 2 minute drive to the downtown area, which has many restaurants and shops. Restaurants range from simple local fare to very high quality and very creative cuisine. The reception for arrival was very pleasant, and always ready to accommodate and help when necessary. Definitely a good experience.

Casa Colibri

This was our first time to the Caribbean side of Mexico, we have been to Puerto Vallarta prior to Tulum many times. Tulum is considerably more laid back atmosphere, especially the beach, next to no vendors a very welcome change. The beach is outstanding, best we have ever experienced, the sand is made from Coral and never gets hot, soft and white powder sand. The water temp and color of the ocean with a very gentle slope and very little undertow makes for a non swimmer like me feel very safe. Loved the beach and town. Both have outstanding restaurants to chose from. The condo is new, just a year old i believe. It is located in a developing area so the roads are rough and some construction in the area, so some noise during the day but none at night. Nice and quiet at night for sleeping, you can however to expect the rooster next door to give you a wake up call every morning. For the two of us it was more space than we needed, but for a family or a small group it would be fine. The roof top terrace is really nice. We found the beds to be very firm, but being new they need to get worked in, i was good after a few nights, depends upon what you are used to. We rented a car and would highly recommend it as the beach is a bit of a hike, in our younger years it would not have been an issue to bike to the beach, joys of getting older. A car also allows for you to explore other areas as well. Lot to see and do. The owners have done a great job with the decor and always responded our emails promptly and provided a great property manager who just happens to live next door and ideal setup. Fantastic!!!

We have stayed in Casa Calibry for 6 weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it. Diana is an amazing host, it's been a great pleasure communicating with her and no matter how many question we had before and during our stay she always replied almost immediately. The Condo itself is even better then it looks on the pictures, it's super comfortable and you can tell right away that it's furnished and decorated with love. We have stayed in many different apartments in different countries but this one was the only one where we felt like home:) The property manage Ilaria was great as well, she lives right next door which made communication super easy. We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and are looking forward coming back.

Nicely appointed brand new 3 bedroom 2bth Condo, 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed having our dinner on the Terrace over looking the jungle. We booked last minute and the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful as was the on site manager. The manager also knows the area very well and can direct you to the best attractions.
