Amazing Sunset Views

House and location were fantastic for our stay. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat trailer. Plan to eat dinner on the screened-in porch - the sunset views are a must!

Week of Family, Fun and Beautiful Sunsets

Our family really enjoyed this property. It had fabulous amenities. Perfect for all ages. Communication with the host was tremendous as well. We our already planning on a return trip next year!!

Amazing time

Once again we spend the whole month of July at he compound with all our family and the experience is always better. The new pool, furniture Maintenace service and the incredible Aquabanas on the waterfront made our stay unforgettable. The best sunsets in Florida

Amazing property

What a beautiful location. The property had everything you could ask for - tons of space, all the toys (pools, hot tub, kayaks, floats and paddle boards) and was immaculate. Was a wonderful experience for our extended family with plenty of large gathering areas. Kelly was a great host and very responsive through the process, once we arrived we had all that we needed. We especially loved the abundance of beach towels. Great experience.

Wonderful vacation!

We absolutely loved staying here! We had 3 total families (6 adults, 7 children) and the layout of the house w/ 5.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a 2nd kitchen near the kids' bunk room was perfect. We loved using the onsite kayaks to explore the area, and the sunsets every night were gorgeous. We fished off the dock at night and the kids had a great time catching fish. The owners were very accommodating throughout the process. An all around great experience!

LOOK NO FURTHER!

Brought some family and friends down to celebrate a birthday. The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Place was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room. There is no better location or views and the house was immaculate. We would definitely consider this again.

Beautiful home

A very beautiful and spacious home! The boat dock was nice and spacious as well! The beach and dock are a short walk from the house since the house is set back further. The other family/guest who stayed in the cottages were nice so sharing the beach with them wasn’t an issue and we enjoyed getting to meet them. The property was nice and big so we had enough room for all 3 of our boat trailers which is definitely a plus for our group!

Wonderful Experience in the Keys

Easy check-in, fantastic property, unbelievably clean, great hosts. From the minute we checked-in, we knew we had picked the right place. Half of my party arrived by boat, the other half by car. House is big and beautiful and CLEAN. Pools were immaculate. A/C was ice cold. Beds were comfy. Host (Kelly) was fantastic in getting back to us with answers to our questions. WE WILL BE BACK !!!

A true gem in the Keys

This property is exceptional. It's absolutely gorgeous inside -- the remodel they did it superb. The exterior property offers everything a group could want. There were water toys, the water is crystal clear and warm, and there is a small sand beach. Tons of room (we had 10 in our group). House is stocked with truly everything. Best of all -- the manager and owner were completely accessible at all times. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Absolutely Spectacular

We had a family gathering here for a few days and then our wedding. Kelly and Greg were stellar hosts. They were so accommodating and really helped us get everything planned. The property is beautiful. The cottages and main house are well kept, nicely decorated, and spacious. The location is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, etc… We cannot say enough about our experience here. My wife, family, and friends made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. We plan on visiting every year (if Kelly and Greg will have us again, lol) Highly recommend this location!!

Simply Amazing - 5 Star Experience

5 star resort like accommodations. Great for large groups. There’s wasn’t anything that didn’t exceed our expectations. The grounds, main house and cottages were spotless and very well appointed with everything we needed. Great location just south of Key Largo and North of Islamorada. Bring your boat and jet skis we visited the sand bar and reefs and did sunset cruise every evening. Truly a great place to make special memories. Our whole group highly recommends and the Dell’s were great hosts too, gave us recommendations and were available for questions. Thanks for hosting us we will be back!

Wonderfull family stay

This property was the perfect place for my birthday celebration with all my grown children and their spouses. Wonderful large well equipped kitchen for all the meals we prepared. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, fresh and very comfortable. We spent many hours on the screen porch facing the water and the sunset. Large additional living area on the bottom floor and large well equipped laundry area and additional refrigerator/freezer. The beach area and kayaks area on the gulf was supplied with comfortable furniture enough to share with the other 2 houses on the property. The owner Kelly was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great Birthday week for my Wife

This was a perfect place to have my wife's 50th birthday week. We had all of our kids and their significant others as well as two grandchildren. The house was vey organized and clean. The kitchen was well stocked which was great in cooking meals and baking. The walk to the shore was easy and we took advantage of the fire pit. The additional chairs and the hut were great to relax in. Parking was not an issue either. My wife and kids had a great time watching the iguanas in the front yard as well. It was a great time and a wonderful birthday for my wife.

Amazing Vacation Home

We couldn't have been happier in staying in this beautiful vacation home with our family. Greg and Kelly are a very kind couple who were available at any time. The property manager, Lisa, as well was readily available with any questions we may have. This was truly a great experience. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It has everything you will need during your stay. The beach is very clean and clear. My kids enjoyed jumping from the dock and using all the paddle boards available for the renters. We enjoyed the beautiful Florida Keys Sunsets every night while laying on the lounge chairs available. This is a hotel experience in a house. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the keys. We hope to come again soon.
