The house was absolutely spectacular and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The scenery was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet surroundings. The location was perfect—far enough from town to provide a relaxing atmosphere, yet close enough that we could easily access anything we needed.Our host, Andrea, was amazing and very responsive throughout our stay. We truly appreciate all of her hospitality and everything she did to make our visit so enjoyable.Thank you again, Andrea, for everything!

Great place for a getaway

Great place for a getaway. Well appointed and comfortable. Really nice coffee/tea bar with lots of options. Owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful Home and Location

This home is new, clean and comfortable and the property is gorgeous! The host was so friendly. Our family will definitely book again in the future, it was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving Tennessee getaway

Good stay

Just the place! Needed a place to stay in the area while visiting family and this place was perfect. Away from town but close enough to pick up food if we wanted. Clean and neat!

We had a wonderful stay. Host was amazingly communitive and helpful. The setting was incredibly peaceful and serene, but still had easy highway access. The property was very clean and comfortable. All fixtures, appliances and finishings were new or nearly new. Perfect spot for 2 people to stay very comfortably.

Very beautiful property, the host is very accommodating. Just a few things, there isn't a TV in bedroom, bring hangers, if you like to hang your clothes. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

This place is perfect. Safe surroundings, peaceful, mountain setting. Has everything you need for a stay. outdoor seating provided.Andrea is a wonderful owner and will respond instantly with any questions you may have.If you want a quiet getaway then this is the place.

This property was very clean and neat. Had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. Everything was just like new. Andrea checked with me two or three times during my stay to see if I needed anything. I will definitely stay here if available when in the area again.

Great property!!!

The host was great and provided 2 bottles of wine and snacks. This property is isolated but close to town with easy access to I-40. The property is very clean with updated finishes and appliances. Perfect getaway!!!

Second time renting this property. This is a great property. Very clean, plenty of room. Plenty of parking area to bring our boat. Andrea is very easy to work with and checked in during the week to make sure we were good and asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend! We will rent again next year!

Excellent getaway!

We were looking for a getaway from the city and love eastern Tennessee. The Farmhouse was in amazing shape and our host Andrea was welcoming and just a wonderful person. We brought a couple of our motorcycles along for the trip and found the local roads to be a perfect, relaxing and visual escape. Thank you Andrea for being a perfect host and providing a beautiful place to stay!

ALWAYS and amazing stay !

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and plan to keep doing it for years to come. Andrea is amazing hostess and we so enjoy our chats on arrival. She is always wanting to make sure we have what we need and makes us feel so welcome. Plenty of room to spread out and the bed is AMAZING !!! Farmhouse Fresh

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea's Farmhouse. It was a nice, new, clean place to stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. She provided a lot of nice, complimentary items and I loved the fluffy towels. We were not far from everything we wanted to do, but far enough away as well. Andrea was very responsive and a pleasure to stay with.

Tranquil

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Perfection. The farmhouse was extremely clean, beautifully decorated (the host painted most of the gorgeous pictures), fully stocked kitchen, peaceful setting and our host was warm and friendly. If you want a peaceful setting, this is the place. I highly recommend and will go back again.

Quiet but Close to Everything

The house was super clean, cozy and comfortable. The view is beautiful and peaceful. It’s located off a quiet country road but close to everything. Jefferson City and Morristown are just a few minutes away while Knoxville and Pigeon Forge are both an easy 30-40 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return! Thank you!

Great place!

This was a fishing vacation, so a place to turn around and outside power to charge the boat was a must. This was the perfect set up for those needs. The barndominium was an absolutely beautiful place! I wasn’t sure what to expect because photos can be misleading, but what a great clean set up this was! Comfortable bed, large modern kitchen and plenty of space. We will book again next year when we head back to the lake.

What a Beautiful Place to stay!!!

Andrea the owner was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The barn house was very beautiful and very clean. It was close to so many attractions and restaurants. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is very peaceful. The fireflies are so beautiful at nighttime. We will definitely stay again on our next vacation. The price was very good and affordable. We never had any problems during our stay. Thank you very much Andrea!!!!

Perfect

I was looking to get away from the busy city. This was perfect. Andrea was a great host. I have family in Knoxville so it was just far enough away I could spend time with them but not be under foot. I love the area and the place was clean and just the right size. I truly enjoyed it!
