Beautiful place. We were so pleased about the scenery from our deck. Well said on advertised “Ocean side” we will go back in the future. Kitchen was nice - only does not have exhaust fan to go out smell when cooking. Bathroom is awesome very clean. Overall - perfect!! Definitely will recommend. Also close to everything,ie shopping area.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean, conveniently located, loved the hot tub, and dock on the ocean. Kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. Bathrooms had nice shower/ bathtubs, beds & blankets were very comfy, nice view from the decks, It was nice perk to have a covered carport area, to load/ unload our luggage, especially when it rained. Absolutely loved having a washer/ dryer there, too. Dishwasher was also a nice touch. Electric fireplace in the living room was wonderful in the evenings. The shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash was heavenly (Peppermint and sage, I think it was. Smelled luxurious and fresh. Host was very helpful, friendly and kind.

The ocean was visible with easy access to the ocean and the site offered all the amenities we needed.

Great view, very modern and well stocked, roomy, plus kayaking!

Very clean and modern condos, staff were helpful, absolutely no complaints.

Gorgeous Ocean Views

The two bedroom Sooke Townhouse is ideal for family or group of friends. There is ample parking, it's close to parks and shopping and has amazing views of the mountains and Sooke Harbor. There are two community hot-tubs on the property --- so bring your suits! The property is pet friendly and has easy access to outdoor spots for the doggies! The kitchen and bbq could be better quality, but overall everything was good.

The place was very clean, had a very full and functional kitchen, which we used to have a couple dinners together. Plenty of space, comfortable and clean bedding and 2 bathrooms! We booked this place for our weekend trip to spend some family time together as some of us were running the Victoria Marathon as well. I'd highly recommend to other runners in the future if you don't mind driving in for about 45 minutes. The hot tub was also a really nice addition to relax and warm up again after the run and it was all very clean and comfortable. All the information about the place, rules, check in and check out were very clear. The views were also great!

We arrived Sunday, April 26 @ 4pm. Monday evening we returned and did load on laundry only to discover dryer not working. After numerous emails, messages to site manager and after hours #. With having laundry we did packed light, now we had to spend our holiday buying clothing for 4 adults. We received no response. We decided to postpone early golf game Thurs. to walk down to the site manager. No apologies, just a couldn’t give a damn attitude. Her excuse was head office doesn’t communicate well! This was the least equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Sleeps 6…dishes for 4, no paring knife, stove drawer broken, fridge leaking, 10 hangers for 6 people, shampoo, body wash empty, not even paper or a pen. The carpets were filthy and kitchen cupboards dirty.

The two bedroom Sooke townhouse is lovely and overlooks the marina and Sooke harbor. I would recommend it however the management does not reply to any messages and the system is complicated because I booked through Expedia, but then was redirected to VRBO and two other websites to complete all the transactions and make payments. It felt unnecessarily convoluted. Also, the ad states that there’s a hottub, but doesn’t include pictures or info so I thought it was a mistake…. Didn’t bring a bathing suit… there is a community hottub, and it’s really hot!!

The property had everything we needed it was a good location beautiful view from the balcony. We were there for a wedding so we went out for most meals with family I can’t comment on how equipped the kitchen was as we didn’t really use it. We never used the hot tub either but did look at them and they seemed fine

Really enjoyed how peaceful the property is. Enjoyed the warm clean hot tub. Very homey feel to the unit. Close to town for restaurants and groceries.

Great townhouse in Sooke!

Great townhouse right on the water in Sooke. Excellent location close to downtown with easy access into Victoria. Clean and comfortable with an effortless check-in process. Great place for a couple or a small family.
