The more likely truth is that they booked for three days to enjoy the pool and outside, but the weather was to be cold and rainy the 2nd and 3rd day of their stay. We have had thousands of guests stay nightly over the past six years. I just made it available on VRBO a year ago so most of the bookings were from the other platform. There we have nearly 700 reviews at a 4.9 out of 5 star. The Camper is not new (2009) but it isn't run down either. Guests also stay in it nightly. The drive is big enough for 4 cars. Impossible to park? Drive much? There is a little rust on the handle of the bike, Ill freshen it up. It is also true that a mouse passed through during their stay. We are on the edge of town and there are other homes, but the lots are 1/2 acre or more and include wooded areas. When you leave food out, like brownies, the mice will enter and find it. The bottom of the shower curtain had no mildew (mildew is not orange) it was discolored by someone using a bath bomb with the curtain in the tub. I replaced it now and would have immediately if they said something while here. The hand soap had no mold or toothpaste, that was just the type of soap used in the clear container. They didn't hear back from me on the safety bands because they left. VRBO did not refund their stay because there is no infestation of mice. While a few droppings are disgusting, we thoroughly clean between each stay, and have mice traps around property. We can't promise perfect weather!
