Bachelorette stay

This villa was perfect for our bachelorette! Check-in was super easy, the house was spacious and clean with comfy beds, and Natalia was a communicative host who helped make our weekend feel special. We really appreciated the little touches like all of our names written on the welcome sign and the beautiful tablescape. Definitely recommend!

Great communication with the host. Easy check in/check out with clear instructions. Very clean, roomy, and welcoming space. Lots of things to do, including a fire pit, bumper pool table, a mic and speaker, closet full of games, full kitchen, and lots of seating options. They also made our stay extra special with personalizations! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The pictures on the listing don't do this place justice. There were beautiful spaces to relax, work if you have to or gather together. Our hostess thought of every detail, including a bouquet of flowers that greeted us when we arrived Every morning, I went out on the deck high up among the trees, which looks out onto a huge pond that is part of a conservancy. Sipping coffee and listening to the birdsong was a favorite memory from our stay. The house is five to ten minutes from beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the popular rail trail, where you can rent bikes and go on a gorgeous, shady ride. Very centrally located! Natalia provided us with all kinds of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She was extremely responsive when we had any questions or requests. The kitchen had pretty much everything we could possibly need (we did some cooking while we were there). The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bedrooms were very comfortable. One bedroom had a cute adjoining space accessed by a little ship ladder that I think would be ideal for kids. We had several in our group that had to work and they set up their conputers on the deck or downstairs on the large patio/entertainment space under the deck. Also,we were able to watch some of the World Cup games and some movies on the giant TV in the basement rec room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we would love to come back again!

Beautiful Cape Cod Villa

We recently had an enjoyable 3 night stay at the Cape Cod Villa with family and friends. The Villa is beautiful and we loved how spacious it is. Everything in the Villa is well thought out for a comfortable stay. There was even a welcome basket for the kids. The host, Natalia is highly responsive and accommodating. She was easy to reach via text and promptly addressed our needs. The Villa is centrally located and made exploring the Cape very easy. We have already recommend this Villa to family and friends. We would love to return again!

We recently had a delightful two-night stay at the Cape Cod Villa. The property exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a truly memorable experience for our family. The villa itself was exquisite, showcasing charming coastal decor and providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Natalia, was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and even provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the villa was also perfect for exploring the beauty of Cape Cod. We enjoyed easy access to the beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. It was a tranquil and picturesque setting that allowed us to unwind and create lasting memories. We highly recommend this Cape Cod villa to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Our sincere thanks to Natalia for their outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future!
