DETAILS: A Little Salty, a Seagrove Beach home, sleeps 12 in a luxurious 5–bedroom, 5.5–bathroom home in the heart of 30A. Guests will enjoy a large private pool with a sun shelf, 3 spacious porches, quick access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and Publix grocery store.

A small front porch welcomes guests to A Little Salty. Stepping inside, guests will find a bedroom with a king bed, and private bathroom with shower to the left, and a stairway to the right. A hall leads to a spacious and inviting living area with an open kitchen and dining space. Layers of rich textures, like tables carved from tree roots, nubby cotton throws, horn chandeliers, decorative clay pots, and woven baskets, create visual interest throughout A Little Salty. Dark wood floors and exposed ceiling beams balance a bright, airy kitchen with marble countertops, premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a side-by-side double oven. A dramatic beaded chandelier offsets a dining table with seating for 8. In the living area, 2 cozy sofas and artful bent-wood chairs surround a gas brick fireplace with a flat-screen TV. Glass doors open onto a porch with a porch bed swing, chairs, and an outdoor dining table. Steps lead down to a large pool and pool deck area with a fire pit, gas grill, and lounge chairs.
