Excellent property. Very clean with full kitchen and a coffee maker that can use kurig capsules as well as a coffee pot. Two full bathrooms are great. Beautiful view and fresh ocean air! Worth the price and more.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking and was one of the highlights of our trip. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed without feeling cluttered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were high quality, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. We truly felt at home and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very clean condo with excellent views. Very close to the lovely Harris Beach. Kitchen tools in great shape. Very quiet and you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean with the screen door open. Appreciate the two comfy swivel easy chairs and the two seats on the patio. Great stay!

The condo was beautifully decorated and it is obvious much thought went into providing everything needed for your stay. Everything was pristine. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. The view from the condo and patio were breathtaking! We enjoyed the beautiful trail down to the private beach, which was amazing! We have been to Brookings many times and this is by far the most comfortable and beautiful place we have ever stayed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a very pleasant time while staying in By The Sea; Valerie was attentive, the decor was carefully chosen, and the unit was lovely and clean. This was a great place to relax, read and look out at the ocean.

Amazing place to stay! Loved the beach access. Beautiful sunsets and quiet evenings. Super close to the Redwoods for a day trip. Valerie is an incredible host and will make sure you are well taken care of!

I booked this property on short notice to take advantage of photography-friendly weather on the coast. Valerie made the check-in process a breeze. The property was fantastic. The view from the patio was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I just finished a 7 day stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. We could have just stayed here and enjoyed the changing view from the front porch, but there was sooo much more to do on the coast. This condo was the perfect "home" to return to at the end of each exciting day. We could not have asked for anything else. The place was supplied with everything imaginable from coffee to spices, from bath products to cleaning products, and all the paper products that one could need. It was spotlessly clean and fresh. The decor was delightful and keyed on the ocean theme. We have already made reservations for another week next year in this wonderful rental. The communication was clear and direct. The manager is delightful and will meet your every need. Thank you, Wes and Penny Roberson

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Condo was perfectly situated overlooking the Oregon coast. Well supplied, maintained, and close to Brookings Oregon. Great service from host.
