Perfect Location and Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was fantastic for our family of 7. We especially liked the "bunk room" just off the primary bedroom for our grandkids. The bedrooms being seperated by floors gave everyone privacy coupled with a bathroom off each bedroom. And the porch as our favorite, nice and spaciuos including a table where we had dinner. Beyond Blue staff were super responsive for any and all questions. Would love to come back to this one again next year.

The bunk room for the grandkids and the privacy that comes with having bedrooms spread across separate floors with their own bathrooms is truly such a great setup for a multigenerational group. This was the PERFECT spot to celebrate our birthdays with girlfriends. Cozy, incredible location, comfy beds, and incredible coffee spot on the balcony. They were gracious hosts and surprised us with a beautiful flower bouquet and balloons to boot. We had to buy fun, cheap beach towels and some more dishwasher tabs, so be sure you pack the basics with you, but we couldn’t have asked for a better spot on the beach.

Perfect Condo for Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s second time staying here. We use to stay at Southbay years ago but started staying somewhere different. Last year we decided to come try it again and were not disappointed. We have kids now and this condo was perfect for everyone! Jodi is always so nice and helpful and if we need anything, they are always a phone call away. The top floor air was not blowing cold and they worked fast to get someone to come out and look at it. It’s in the perfect location for either going down to the harbor or closer to Miramar beach. Definitely would recommend staying here!

It was not the easiest to find, but once there it was wonderful. Lots of space, clean and close to beach. Rooms on different levels helped us due to having a 8 mo old. Overall very happy with experience.

This place was nice, but just too many stairs for our liking. Had a few minor problems and could use some updates. Was really clean, and the views and location were good.

Comforts with a view.

The property was very comfortable. It had an extremely well appointed kitchen, nicely decorated bedrooms each with a bath, and the deck was a wonderful expansion of the living area.

Loved the property but be aware the address listed is not accurate took 1.5 hours and 3 phone calls to find it. The house is perfect and a great getaway!!!

Plenty of space for fun on and off the beach

This townhouse was perfect for our extended family. I was worried about the stairs with my 85 year old mother but she handled it like a champ.
