Nice location, cozy home. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit. But overall, a good stay.

Everything was as we expected and would enjoy staying there again on future visits. We had a minor issue with the internet and the manager could not have been more helpful and pleasant and prompt.

Goat barn

Cute place. It was just hubby and me for quick getaway. Great shower, comfy bed, great hot tub.

Perfect weekend getaway

We have stayed at a few places in Fredericksburg for weekend trips. This is one of our new favorites. Perfect little place. Close to Main Street. Would highly recommend. Communication with the owners was great and check in was very easy and streamlined. We'll be back.

Good location

This rental is in a good location for going both to wineries and to downtown Fredericksburg. The hot tub was nice and clean. Amenities are similar to a hotel, but with a waffle maker and a hot plate if you need. For the price I felt this was a good value and we will rent from here again should we go back.

Cabin was clean and I'm a bit of a clean freak! Kitchen really isn't equipped that well for cooking. Very small refrigerator and no oven. Hot tub was clean and worked great. Host was great too. The tree in front is very pretty. We enjoyed sitting outside. Propane fire pit was nice in the evening time. Easy drive to shops in town. Enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Fredericksburg Home

Unique cottage with a loft that does have very steep stairs, but the kids loved it. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom has a really cool shower. Takes about 1 minute to get to Main Street and is close to everything. Communication with the managers was very simple and fast.

Get a way

It was wonderful. The towels were so soft that they could be a blanket. It is for sure a 5 star place. The hot tube was a perfect thing after a long day of fun. If you don't stay here, you will miss out on a gem.

Great quiet spot

Great place! The personal touches were awesome, especially with us staying over the Christmas holiday the Christmas tree was a nice touch & was totally unexpected.

Why stay in an ordinary place when you can stay at the Barn Haus in Fredericksburg, Texas.

The Barn Haus offers a rustic retreat that worked well for two friends sharing a place near downtown Fredericksburg, Texas. I enjoyed the creative decor that reflected the Texas Hill Country.

Cute cottage close to downtown

Loved this little cottage. Everything was fantastic. Super close to downtown. The loft was nice and cozy, but be aware it does have steep stairs. Only thing that happened was on the last day we lost wifi and were not able to access the Roku when we were resting in the cabin.

Weekend stay

Swing was gone and the hot tub was a little fuzzy and sandy, but not to the point of not using. Otherwise, stay was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Was a very nice stay, however the veterinarian clinic right across the street had yelping and barking dogs that made being outside unpleasant.

Weekend getaway

Renting was efficient and fast response from owner and property manager. Property more suited to host a couple that don’t plan on cooking in. I would suggest bring your own BBQ kit, extra towels, only has a small micro fridge/freezer. Felt like cooking back in college, in a dorm. Highlights would be the jacuzzi, close to Main Street, and multiple parks.
