This was the greatest spot! The house was so clean and comfortable and the host delightful and accommodating. The backyard is such a cool hangout and so gorgeous.

Amazing property inside and out and in perfect location. Only 10 min from the beach and plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. Backyard was top notch! Only warning is to bring bug spray as there are a lot of mosquitoes in the back at night during the summer but nothing that some big spray cant handle. I am local to the area and will definitely be back!

Wonderful.This home is amazing, fantastic location, clean, great layout, the pool was awesome, we were here for a week apartment hunting, my sons are moving to the area and this house was a great home base. Owners easy and quick with communication. We walked to Cortez Clam Factory the last night and had a blast with great good and music. Literal minutes from beach, the boys would ride the bikes to Bradenton beach each morning and grab breakfast and some cool spot. Loved it. Hope to visit again.

This house was excellent for our group. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor covered patio/cooking area. Host was very responsive when we had a question. Would book this place again if in the area.

The house was conveniently located just off the bridge and stocked with all the things you would need for a vacation. The host was most friendly and accommodating for any questions we had! Look forward to next time!

Being just off the bridge puts you in such a sweet spot for getting over to the island quickly, and we always want guests to feel like everything they need is already there waiting for them. I was pleasantly surprised with all the extras found in this VBRO. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters and individual creams and sugars. The pool had plenty of chairs and rafts. The extra beach chairs and wagon were very helpful. This went above and beyond the normal.I gave a four because the bedrooms and dining room were warmer than the main living room which was cold. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

We all really enjoyed the tropical paradise you created at 200 palms. The home was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We will definitely consider booking again next year for a longer stay as it was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and stores. Well done!

Pam, "tropical paradise" is about the best thing we could hear! We put a lot of love into making 200 Palms feel like a true escape, so that really warms our hearts. Had a wonderful weekend at 200 palms. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and then some. The back yard is an absolutely gorgeous oasis. This is built for a family stay but we enjoyed it with just the two of us. All the extras that are offered just go above and beyond. My wife extra appreciated the hair straightener, curling iron and the ninja slushie machine. Cortez is absolutely breath taking but the close proximity to Anna Maria island is what sold us and it did not disappoint. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area as the property and hosts were amazing!

This house is so nice, comfortable and beautiful. Cleanliness was excellent, fully equipped kitchen. We were cooking inside and outside on the grill, they have very nice kitchen outside with fridge, sink, workstation, lot of sitting. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful and they have also hot tub. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even went to the beach,lol. We have so much fun and my family enjoyed it so much. Definitely we”ll be back. Excellent communication with the host. 100% recommended.

This property has multiple beautiful aspects from the gorgeous outside landscape, outdoor kitchen, to the tastefully decorated interior. Multiple amenities are available for guest use. The local beaches are beautiful with great places for dining and shopping. I am definitely looking forward to staying in this property in the future.
