Great spot to stay near Heavenly

My family really enjoyed staying here for our Heavenly ski trip. The host was great at communicating, would happily stay here again.

The house was pretty nice and the pics are accurate. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived, check-in instructions were super easy.The host was really easy to work with, and connected at all times, and cares about his property.One thing to note there is no AC there, so if it is hot outside, you will feel it inside, even with the two fans. All in all we would stay there again when we get a chance to vacation again. It's a good location, great host.

I had an great stay at this place! Ali was exceptionally nice and supportive throughout our visit. We happened to be there during a major Lake Tahoe snowstorm, and Ali went above and beyond by arranging private snow plowing and providing several other helpful pointers to ensure we were safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great stay with a truly dedicated host.

Awesome place

Ali’s place is close to SLT and to everywhere else we needed to be during our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, and our dogs loved the backyard. Ali also stayed very communicative throughout the stay and answered quickly to questions.

Great location and updated modern home!

Great host....excellent communication! We appreciated him very much. Wonderful location. We enjoyed multiple hikes! Close to the beaches too. We enjoyed Pope's Beach. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

The house was near the bride and groom and their parents so it was very convenient for us. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful.

Great place!

The house has a great layout, in a nice area, huge back yard, well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. The owner was super easy to communicate with and refunded my pet deposit on the day that I checked out. We will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful stay

The place is very comfortable and clean. We loved every minute. Ali is an amazing host. We had a little issue and he was on the phone working with us to solve the issue and went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location!

Perfect home for us as we visited family living in the area. Close to town & Heavenly ski area, but not on the main thoroughfare so you avoid the crowds. Home is updated, clean and offers all the amenities you need. Owner is very responsive and offers suggestions for those not familiar with the area. We greatly enjoyed our stay!!

Short weekend stay

Property was exactly like the listing showed. Cute and clean. We were in town for a wedding and it couldn’t have been easier. Close to town and restaurants. Cute grocery store right around the corner! Owner was great at communicating instructions and places to eat and hike. Would stay again!!

Just like the pictures.

We liked the quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Would have liked regular t v channels and a guide on how to use the tv. Very spacious living area. We would stay here again.

Tahoe-2023

Absolutely one of the best homes we have every rented for a vacation - we loved everything about this home. We will definitely come back. The host Ali went overboard in helping with our check-in and check-out instructions.

Terrific!

Loved loved loved the Atroari cabin! The check-in was smooth, the condition pristine, and location excellent. We found EVERYTHING awe needed, up to thoughtfully provided zip lock bags and topper wear! The cabin is steps away from hiking trails and a short drive from best beaches Tahoe has to offer. Could not have been happier!

Great esp with a dog

We booked a last-minute trip to Tahoe and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dog was very comfortable and the neighborhood very walkable. We did pay an extra pet deposit, but we got 100% of it back. You can trust this listing.

Refreshing stay

We picked this property hoping the pictures would be at least close to the reality. To our surprise the house was in spotless shape, indoors modern and looked recently remodeled. Very comfortable. Short distance to areas we wanted to go. The property owner responded very quickly to all questions we had and offered to resolve any challenges, but there were none. We have great time! Nice refreshing place to stay.

A great weekend get

Three of us girls were so happy to get away for the weekend and stay in this cute little home. The layout was perfect for the three of us. We cooked a few meals and slept well. The bunk bed was a little tight for a taller person, but we were able to manage. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed walking. It was just a short drive to the lake and to a few great restaurants. We had no issues throughout the weekend and had great communication with Ali for any questions or recommendations.

Extremely happy to have stayed here!

Where do I begin. The host is amazing, very nice and informative. Gave us great recommendations and helped with any questions I had. The house is located a little outside of town, but great location. Away from crazy traffic and still close to great coffee place and stores. House was perfect for my family, they had games for the kids to play with. Loved the guest shower. Everything was just beautiful. We will definitely be back next year.

Great house close to South Lake Tahoe

The location of the house is great. It is in a quite neighborhood but all activities in South Lake Tahoe can be reached easily and quickly. The house had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. The two bedrooms are comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom had great amenities, such as a toilet with heated seat and a rain shower. The water pressure was great and the water turned hot quickly which was nice after a day outdoors. The host is very responsive and provide all necessary information. We will definitely come back.

Home away from home

This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe and we immensely enjoyed our stay at Ali's property. The unit was exactly as described incl. the nicely renovated deluxe bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was stocked with a lot of extra cutlery and cooking supplies. The location was perfect to explore all that Lake Tahoe has to offer and Ali even provided us with great recommendations where to hike which we enjoyed a lot. The owner was a great host and in constant contact with us to make sure everything was going well. If we will be planning another trip to Tahoe we'll definitely come back to this rental unit. Thanks again so much for sharing your home with us.

Terrific, dog-friendly house in South Lake Tahoe

The house had everything we needed throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We loved having two large-screen TVs, and one of the bathrooms was newly renovated with a great shower (and even a high-end bidet toilet with a seat warmer!) The location was also terrific, in a quiet neighborhood and close by to several restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed snow shoeing with our dog at Bijou Community Park, which was only a 12-minute drive away. Ali was a great and communicative host. We put down a pet deposit through Venmo that was separate from the pet fee, and he promptly sent it back after we checked out without any issues. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to South Lake Tahoe.
