Thank you for your 5-star review, Kenneth, delighted you loved our home for your long-term stay of two months. Just to note, no issues arose except for a couple of bulbs blowing during his long stay, and as Kenneth stayed so long he requested a couple of additional kitchen items which we happily supplied. It is also not a highway - we live in the same community, which is located off Ronald Reagan, definitely not a major road, and a great location - which is why we live here! It's a very peaceful residential community close to Disney and all attractions in the Orlando area.

Really glad you liked the property itself, and found it so clean, comfortable and well appointed. PLEASE NOTE YOU STAYED OVER NEW YEAR IN PEAK SEASON in one of the world's biggest tourist destinations!! The entire Orlando area is never busier than when you stayed. Which means there is a huge amount of traffic, and we cannot influence that - we can control only the home, not the Disney traffic in the area. As per the map on the listing before you booked, Disney is 11 miles from the home, on a regular day you can get to Disney in 20 minutes. Like you said, you were returning from Disney in peak time at New Year which is an increase of 100's of thousands of extra people in the area. Please note that the location is not poor, it's close to Disney and close to the I4 and any home in this area will be impacted the same way by traffic, not just our home which is what the review should be based on - as you said the home was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable, so a 3 star review due to area traffic conditions at New Year is very unfair on our home. If you need to be closer to Disney in Peak Season you will need to stay in a Disney resort where the cost will be at least 5 times higher than renting a private home and you will have just as much noise from guests and traffic, at peak season. Even staying on site at Disney you will have a 30 - 90 mins journey time to get to the actual park. Also to note you were told in advance that in the winter pool heat is required if you wish to use the pool, but you then opted to not add pool heat - had you added pool heat, the pool would have been warm and ready to use!
