A large downstairs bedroom has twin beds with an attached full bath. The sunroom and upstairs study look out to Nautilus Island and provide ideal spaces for curling up with a book—or a laptop for remote work. The enormous front lawn invites games and plenty of space for running around, badminton and more. Activities
Stroll or bike to town for a dockside lobster roll or an ice cream and visit the town’s many historic sites, including The Wilson Museum and the Dyce’s Head lighthouse. Kayaks (not included) can be launched from the beach; bicycle rentals are available in town, and golf and tennis are also nearby. Hike in the Witherle Woods, enjoy boating and kayaking tours, as well as local tours given by the Castine Historical Society. Blue Hill, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Camden, Belfast, and Searsport are all easy day or afternoon trips from this delightful spot. Bicycles are available to rent in town.
