Palm Tree III Pool Home Waterfront

Palm Tree III (Hot Tub, Free Heated pool) is Light and airy with a beachy Floridian feel. Each bedroom has a TV. The bedrooms have 55" TVs. Hang out for a movie night by watching on the 85" TV in the living room. All rooms have Netflix available. A variety of board games are included for rainy days. Enjoy the heated pool year-round or fish off the pier. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out around the pool. The Apollo Beach Golf Course is within walking distance. Kayaks, Four bicycles, and a cornhole game are also included. Bring your boat for the perfect Apollo Beach Vacation.

My wife and I have owned and operated vacation rentals since 2006. Over the years, we have picked up a few ideas and listened to our guests. We believe we have put together the best Apollo Beach rental and the perfect vacation rental. This home is full of amenities that fit all age groups. We constantly look to improve our home and believe it can continually improve. We hope you choose The Palm Tree for your next Florida visit. You will love it!

Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when trying to have fun.

There is no smoking in this house—seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or they will be towed away.

Free heated pool, Free gas Grill, $75 additional hot tub cleaning fee. (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest).

DISCLAIMER: PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN!! If you want to get loud and party. Please choose another home. Unfortunately, we have to be very clear.

We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage, looking at the driveway, on the pool pump, looking at the equipment, on the left side of the home, looking at that side, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests.

We have a device that measures sound decibels called Minut located on the rear patio. This device does not listen to conversations. This is only used to alert our guests that the noise levels are getting too loud. To understand more, please go to Minut dot com and read more.

Palm III has great amenities inside and out. Michael communicated in a timely manner-even when he was on his own vacation! He suggested a place to park for the football game along with a shorter route to avoid traffic. We really enjoyed our stay even with all the rain!

This was our second time staying at this house. We had such a wonderful time the first time that we had to come back. The House is so beautiful. The kitchen and all the rooms are really nice. We loved the pool and hot tub! The sunsets over the pool were so beautiful. My husband loved that there is a dock to fish off. We all caught a bunch of cool fish out there and we also saw dolphins! Our family absolutely loved it here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home! My husband and I stayed here with our teenage boys for the week. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing on the private dock. we even got to see some dolphins and manatees swim by. The house itself was super comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home

The house was incredible for what we wanted for a family vacation! Great kitchen, house, pool, and dock for staying in and relaxing for a few days. Plenty to do, especially for the kids, and excellent hospitality by the owner with quick response if anything is needed!

The property was absolutely wonderful and in a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly on our morning walks and evening bike rides. Fishing off the dock was fun, and lots of fish were caught. Looking forward to another stay!

We stayed at the Palm Tree III for 1 week. The house and the pool were very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and so is the house as such. Well maintained. The location is really quite - exactly what we were looking for. Booking as well as check in went absolutely smooth. Michael is very responsive. We can absolutely recommend and hope to be back next year. Thank you Michael and Eva for letting us stay in your house!

This house was so beautiful. It literally had everything you could want for a vacation house. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing off the dock. Very comfy beds and loved watching the sunrise from my bed. I loved this house and 100% would rent it again!!

Excellent Vacation

Michael is an excellent host! If we had any questions he got back to us right away. House was very clean. Beautiful spacious house. The home had everything you would need for an amazing vacation. Beautiful sunsets as well. Thank you!!

Fantasic stay!

We had a fantastic stay! House was well stocked with all the essentials! Host was very respomsive to our pre-vacation needs. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean. The kids loved fishing off the dock behind the house. There were tons of activities to keep is busy at the house including bags, fishing, bikes, kayaks, and pool. Cant wait for our next trip!

Perfect family vacation home

We had the best vacation thanks to this house. The pool area was absolutely perfect and the kids spent hours in the pool and hot tub. It was nice to be able to see the canal from the pool area and dolphin watch. The house had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Very friendly neighbors. Mike was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Free Heated pool, great fishing right off the dock. My husband Michael and I spent extra time with this home to really make it the perfect vacation home for all.

We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage looking at the driveway, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests or on the side of the home.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

No Charge for the heated pool. The Palm Tree has bicycles and kayaks available free of charge to you. The golf course is within walking distance of the house. The Palm Tree is a waterfront property.
