We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Bed was comfortable. Loved the short walk from the parking garage to the condo.

The room was clean, everything you need was available. There was one minus - beach towels, they are necessary on a vacation by the ocean, but, unfortunately, they were not available.

Door fell off the track in bedroom, roach in hallway on night. Killed it. Yuck. Dog peed on balcony above us and came down and splashed on husband. And all the flying bug on the balcony everyday. Other than that ok.

The condo was perfect and view of beach and gulf was great. The added bonus of the beach service in the price was great. Parking very easy and accessible. I would definite rent this again.

Great location. So nice being on the 2nd level for easy access to the tunnel that goes across the highway to the garage parking. Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The condo included 2 beach lounge chairs and an umbrella set up by the resort every morning for our enjoyment. Wonderful!!!

Clean and easy access to parking and walking across the pedway, straight to the condo. The location is perfectly tucked away from the noise but close enough to visit all the local attractions. Easy access to a quiet peaceful beach and the view from the balcony was amazing.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Super clean, easy access from the parking garage and easy access to the beach as well. Having the beach chairs setup out there for you is such a nice perk, less to carry down yourself. It can take awhile for the elevators, but we just used the stairs so not a big issue for us. The only other issue from the elevator speed would be water pressure but in such a big complex that is to be expected so it just took a little longer to wash hair. We would certainly recommend this unit for anyone but especially families, and we would definitely come back!! The owner was very responsive and friendly and because of that we had a wonderful vacation!

The place was clean, comfortable, and generally as described. The property manager Chase was responsive and accommodating. Check-in was easy.What we thought could have been better: no beach towels at a beachfront property, scant toiletries, and absolutely empty kitchen cabinets. Not saying the host was supposed to stock them for us but no tea and no coffee? Why provide a coffee machine when its specific pods are missing. But, all in all, the unit is good.

We also do not stock any food or drink items between tenants. This is a protocol that changed after COVID. The room was clean and convenient to the beach. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the dryer worked poorly and had to be ran multiple times to dry a small load of laundry. The tile on the balcony made it very slick with the humidity. There needed to be extra blankets. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There was only enough seating for 3-4 people comfortably which made it hard when we were stuck inside due to rain or at night. The room was great but the amenities could’ve been much better. The elevators were also very slow, only 2 to serve 20floors
