Wonderful, peaceful location. The falls are gorgeous. Excellent place to unplug. Our family of 6 loved it. Property is well cared for and very clean.

Beautiful, secluded setting.We enjoyed many walks thru the woods and along the river.Within the first 5 minutes of being there we seen deer and turkeys (we have this at home also, along with other wildlife, so for us it was no big deal).Location is not far from Lake Huron ( which was our reason for visiting this side of the state).Many fascinating sites nearby.Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you, Deb, Yes, our Ocqueoc River House is centrally located on the N.E. side of Northern Michigan. Spotting wildlife passing through the yard is common while hangout on the deck. I love watching the turkeys while having morning coffee. See you next year.

Very clean, easy to check in, host responded right away and was very informative, view is great and location was perfect for us. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Awesome property near close to lots of great places in Northern Michigan, including Black Lake, Cheboygan, Rogers City, Mackinaw City, and Petoskey. Less than 20 minute drive from Black Lake and close to Ocqueoc Falls, this location was awesome value for the price. My family and I are already planning on a future trip to this property. We saw wildlife everyday!

Our stay here was very peaceful. It was quiet and relaxing. We could hear coyotes at night. The beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was there. It was the perfect location for what we were doing up there. I would recommend this house for anyone to stay at.

This was a great property to stay at. Very secluded but close enough to local attractions. Enjoyed seeing turkeys and deer daily. Host was easy to contact and replied in a timely manner. Gave some great recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

We had planned on camping but the Canadian wild fire smoke made sleeping outside with a nephew with asthma risky, so we ended up here! Boy, are we glad we did! Incredible place. Beautiful property. Spacious, clean home. Comfortable sleeping. The large kitchen table allowed us to play games & as a family and the kids had such a great time.

Beautiful Home

The house was very roomy and lots of room for 6 people to stay and hang out. The communication with the owner was great and we loved our stay. Great VRBO!

The house was the perfect space for our group and the view off the back porch is gorgeous. We saw deer and heard coyotes and turkeys. The house was very clean and well kept.

The house was clean and had a lot of room was relatively close to all the spots we wanted to go. A good place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle.

Friendly & Peaceful

Our stay was wonderful. House was very clean and perfect for our needs. The view out the back window was very pretty in the morning sun. We explored the surrounding areas and had a bonfire one evening with stars overhead and made some great family memories. Host was very communicative and helpful with recommendations for our quick trip.
