We've stayed at this house two years in a row. It is a perfect house and setting for our family vacation. Both years the hosts have been excellent.

My family and friends enjoyed our vacation here so much! The outdoor space was great as it included a covered porch and large deck to enjoy, no matter the weather. There is also a beautiful breakfast room with amazing views. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate our large family. Comfortable living space with room to spread out. Outstanding vacation.

We rented the home for its proximity to the beach and the space for entertaining as well as overnight guests. I didn't realize the description didn't include linens. When I reached out (slightly panicked, as it was 4:30 p.m.), the host connected me with a provider who gathered linens and towels for us to pick up on short notice. What a relief!We most often found our group sitting on the back porch overlooking the beach (birds, dolphins, sunset) at all times of day. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Should we return to Atlantic Beach, I hope the house is available to rent again.

This is a terrific home for a group. It was very clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Great porch for sitting and taking in the ocean views and peacefulness! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was terrific, check in was a breeze, house was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is wonderful and location was just what we needed. Look forward to staying again at this property.

Ideal venue for my family

I recently brought my family down to attend our niece's wedding, and the property was ideal. Well located, in an outstanding neighborhood, and central to everything we needed. Being on beach was amazing.

Family Vacation

Wonderful property full of amenities and plenty of room! Beautiful decks on oceanside and street side, great beach access! We have stayed in this home multiple years and always enjoy our time together in this beautiful home!

The property is ideal for vacationing families, with direct views and access to the ocean, easy access and services close by. The management company is professional, and responsive.

We just finished at 4 night stay at this property. We had 7 adults and 4 children with plenty of room. We enjoyed being able to walk on and off of the beach which only had a few people on it because it’s only open to the few houses right there on the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor showers for when you come off the beach. We utilized the front and back porches which all had plenty of tables and seating. We had a great stay and would love to visit again.

Wonderful week at the beach

The house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 3 teens). There was ample bedrooms and space for everyone to spread out. We especially loved being beach front and all the outdoor space. We ate dinner on the deck facing the street and then retired to the ocean front deck each night to enjoy the breeze and ocean sounds. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Oceanfront Beach House on Highly Sought After Ocean Ridge

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The location is fantastic, and the layout is ideal—honestly, I could totally see pie family living here! One small suggestion I have would be to include a note in the listing about the need to bring your own linens (whether by renting them or bringing your own). It would help make the experience even more seamless for future guests. Thank you!!

Thanks also for bringing to our attention the need to include a note about providing your own linens. I reviewed our listing and verified that our linen policy is provided, but I agree that it needs to be more prominently displayed. Family Meet Up

Our stay was great and relaxing. There were 8 adults and 4 kids in our party and we were very comfortable. Lots of out door covered space to gather, eat and hang out. Walking access to the beach made life easy if you needed to get something from the house. We prepared all meals at the house, due to short stay, with no issue. Communication with the owner/manager was promoted and friendly, and much appreciated.

Even Better than Advertised!

Check in was easy. Property managers responded to questions quickly. House was so absolutely immaculate, gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable, it far exceeded our expectations, even though the VRBO posting made it look amazing enough!! Access to the beach was such a short and easy walk. Nice amenities everywhere on the property. It’s clear the house and property are well maintained. We will definitely be returning!

Remember your sheets

The place was in a good location. The house was nice, just a little dated (we had an interior designer staying in the house). We were surprised that the linens were not included. Our experience at other places the linens were included. Plenty of room, and even extra rooms we did not even use. Overall a good experience.

Awesome property on the beach!

Five girlfriends take a beach trip every year and this will be a house we will come back to. The owners were so helpful, the house was roomy and you can tell they visit often because the house had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing and there were two GREAT porches with lots of seating. There was a mixup about the linens and we didn't bring ours. One of the owners came out after her day of work to let us into the personal linens so we didn't have to try and get them somewhere else. She stayed to visit for about 30 minutes and we told her that we could have fit her right into our group. :)

Post Thanksgiving Relaxation

My husband and I needed some relaxation after Thanksgiving, and this Atlantic Beach did not let us down. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and colorful sunsets. We felt as if we were staying in someone’s family home place.
