Once again we had a wonderful stay in this Pangrati apartment. Constantine and Nina were responsive and accommodating as always. This is an exceptional apartment extremely well equipped and very comfortable. It is quiet yet in a wonderful neighborhood. We have returned many times and will do so in the future. One of the best rental apartments we have found and we have stayed in many. Highly highly recommend!

Once again, Constantine was a superb host. We have rented this apartment repeatedly and are never disappointed. It is extremely well equipped, comfortable, and we love the location. Constantine is always easy to reach. This year the new improvement was screens on the doors to the balconies. Very nice! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great place in excellent location!

Constantine was very communicative from the start, and the place was just as cute as the pictures. It was in a convenient location, walkable or a short ride away from good restaurants and the Acropolis. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent host and property

This was the perfect place to stay away from a ton of people but in the heart of the action. Constantine and Nina were great hosts with a lot of information to give, which is great since we needed it for our first time here. They helped with anything we needed and gave great recommendations on food and places to see, transportation in and around the city and anything else we would have asked for. We would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Absolutely perfect Athens apartment!

This is the 4th time I have rented this apartment in Athens on VRBO. Each time the I am so impressed by the service from Constantine and Nina. The facilities are quiet, extremely well designed, and comfortable. Everything is exactly as described. This is a great neighborhood, very quiet apartment, and well located. This is the best urban apartment rental I have ever found, and I have rented many over the years. You cannot do better.

Fabulous 2 Bedroom in Pangrati

We had 2 fabulous stays in this beautifully equipped apartment in Athens - at the start and end of our 3 week trip. Everything is exactly as described. The owner, Constantine, was always available and responsive. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom to the little things like clothes pins, first aid kit, honor bar, etc. The beds were soooo comfortable too. AC was perfect. We loved the balconies and had drinks and read out there often. Check in and Check out was super easy. The apartment is in a quiet short street in Pangrati and we loved the neighborhood. We will definitely rent here again! We come to Athens to see family every few years and we hope this will now be our home away from home. Thanks for such great stays!

Home away from home...

Constantine and Nina have been amazing with keeping in touch and helping us with any questions we had. Check in and check out were an absolute breeze with no lag times in response. The apartment was not only cozy but had all of the amenities of home that you would need to make your stay comfortable. Hot water constantly available and a huge walk in shower, lots of comfortable sitting space, modern television, air conditioning in perfect working condition, and laundry equipment at the ready. There was a lift/elevator to get to the apartment with ease as well! We loved the area and felt safe, even to be out and walking at dark. There were nearby groceries, pharmacies, shopping and lots of delightful restaurants and bakeries. All within walking distance! Now...for sightseeing...this is the PERFECT location for any and all sightseeing. We were within half an hour walk of Plaka (bottom of the Acropolis), Zeus's temple, and Monistiraki marketplace. The Panathenaic Stadium was only a stones throw from where we were staying! And it was quiet! The beds were amazing and there were shutters on all windows for a lovely rest. This is an amazing property and we highly recommend!
