The host was great to work with, the location was stellar, the property was clean and well stocked with everything you would need-except there was not so much as salt and pepper in the kitchen. If you are foodies, as we are-bring your condiments and seasonings with you. Over all, it was a great place, and a great experience. Lots of local eateries within walking distance also.

Balconies were great. Lots of stairs so you should be in decent shape in order to climb so many steps but it didn’t affect our family and our stay. Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Tybee Island and this condo was in the perfect location. The decks had amazing ocean views and the beach access was perfect. The home was very clean and the check in process super easy.To provide some constructive feedback, I would recommend having beach towels on-site for guests to use and a little more beach gear. This home could go from great to over the top with a few updates.

Views were amazing. House was nice and very short distance to the beach. Lots of stairs but there are 4 levels. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again

Overall the location was great! Right across from the beach and great view of The beach. Close to the restaurants and bars. About 5 to 7 minute walk. Onsite parking was great to have.

Amazing place to stay

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and views; however, this 4 story building is not made for older women with bad knees..lol..wore us out going up and down the stairs. But we made it and had a blast!

Labor Day Weekend

Location is perfect to entertainment, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Beach access is 20 yards from the driveway. The check in process was efficient, the house was clean and ready on time, and everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

6 days at Joe’s

The location and the views were amazing. We liked how close we were to restaurants, tons of things in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. I would definitely go back and stay again.

It sounds like you had a great time at Oceanfront Joe's Place!! We love when our guests take advantage of all the shops, bars and restaurants you can walk to. There is no need to drive. Joe's Place was great

This place was in the perfect location! We were at most 3 blocks from everything and right across from the beach access. The views were amazing from every porch! The home was super clean and had everything you could think of. The stairs are not for the weak though. Would definitely book again 🙂

Wellness Weekend

Description is correct! View amazing! Across from the beach if you just want to view from balcony but a hop, skip and you’re there! If you want to cross the street! The room perfect for 2 couples or two singles ! Lots of steps but each floor is worth the climb! We will book again!

One of the Best on Tybee

We were absolutely happy with our stay at Joe's. The views are beautiful and the rental is very spacious for 2. Very quiet, peaceful, and you can hear the ocean at night. The location is awesome if you like quiet, but good access to shops and restaurants. The only negative was the beach gear and bicycles provided...most all were in poor condition or broken. The garage door opener button also worked sporadically, but were later told that the garage access was not part of the rental. Overall a great choice for a visit to Tybee.

Great location! Needs some maintenance.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views, very close to the beach and good proximity to restaurants and shops. The condo is in need of some maintenance. The top deck is basically useless as most of the furniture is broken. The deck off of the living room is good for beach watching but all of the paint is peeling off of the trex boards and tracks onto the carpet every time someone walks in One bathroom counter was dirty when we arrived, and one toilet ran excessively because the float is broken. Very poorly stocked compared to other places we've rented. With a little TLC this would be a gem!

This house was in such a great location. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We traveled with 3 children and the walk to the beach was so short and easy. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare food. There are a lot of steps but that was expected from the description. Check in and out was so simple. Incredible view of the ocean right from the living room. Plenty of space for parking. Everything was so easy to access no need to get in your vehicle until you leave. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place

My daughte, granddaughter and I stayed for 6 days. I have only good things to say about this property. We were pleasantly surprised by it. The attention to detail was SO nice. Everything was provided that we needed. It is a great location for when we were there in mid February. Thank you for helping to make our time on Tybee so wonderful !
