Sausalito è un paradiso per i vacanzieri e il nostro appartamento è perfettamente situato nel "Banana Belt" a pochi minuti dal centro città, dal traghetto per S.F. E dal Golden Gate Bridge. I visitatori incuriositi guardano a San Francisco Bay e ci dicono quanto siamo fortunati a vivere qui. Siamo d'accordo.

La nostra unità di condominio 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni (Apt # 1) si trova in una casa a schiera recentemente ristrutturata con vista mozzafiato sulla baia, a pochi passi dal traghetto per S.F. o 10 minuti in auto dal Golden Gate Bridge. La nostra unità è elegantemente arredata con chiare vedute della baia. Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in letto matrimoniale. Master BR è estremamente confortevole con piumone e cuscini colorati. Secondo BR ha un divano convertibile e una costosa scrivania e libreria in mogano.

La grande cucina comprende un frigorifero Jenn-Air a 3 porte, la gamma Viking, una lavastoviglie Jenn-Air, acqua filtrata e un bancone in granito. Tu controlli il riscaldamento e c'è acqua calda continua.

Goditi il ​​Wi-Fi, 36 'HDTV. Stazione IPod e un lettore DVD. Splendido giardino per mangiare all'aperto.

The apartment is beautiful and the owner/managers have provided everything you can think of that you would need! I really enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again as I have family in Sausalito. It was in a lovely location with parking nearby and parking pass provided. It is probably mentioned in the description somewhere, but one thing I would note is that the apartment is up a couple flights of stairs, so you need to be able to navigate stairs and manage suitcases.

Better Than Expected

We really loved this property and wouldn't hesitate booking it again. The condo felt homey, private, was well equipped and had a great view. The dedicated parking space was really difficult for us to navigate with our Toyota Highlander but luckily there was a street parking pass available for our use. The photos just don't capture the charm of this unit.

Great place in a wonderful location

Very nice property that was a short walk to downtown. Very clean and well kept. Had to ding it slightly because the AC was not working and it was very hot on the first day we were there and I got no response from the owner about it. Otherwise a very nice location and unit.

Saucily Stay

It wasn’t apparent that there were stairs to get to the first floor apartment. It is above the garage. This proved difficult for us. We are both over 70. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who has mobility issues. The property also has a coffee press and no coffee pot.

Beautiful view and accommodations.

Comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped. Anything you would need it's there, even an outside lounge, table and chairs. Two full baths, such a benefit/luxury. Location excellent; near downtown Sausalito where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and the San Francisco ferry. Very much enjoyed our time there. If the opportunity would arise again, we would return.

Great Location

To be clear, the second bedroom(den) only has a twin sized sleeper sofa. I mistakenly thought the sleeper-sofa was in addition to a bed. That said, the property is in great shape, is well appointed and close to Sausalito which makes for wonderful restaurants, easy trips into the city and out-of-town. The hosts could provide better hand soaps, bath supplies, tissue and laundry detergent like most hotels and vacation rentals. Their property reviews would most likely be a lot higher.

Beautiful quiet location

My friend and I enjoyed the apartment in Sausalito. The view is wonderful although not exactly as shown in the photo. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you’ll need for a home cooked meal. Would stay again.

Views and Bathrooms

It is a beautiful single bedroom unit with a wonderful view when you look out in the morning across the rooftops down to the water and harbor in Sausalito. And, hey, how often do you get two bathrooms with one bedroom. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great location

This property was in prime location and had everything you need for a good vacation near San Francisco. Apple Maps struggled to find the property, but Google maps brought me to it no problem.

Only Trees No Views

My wife and I booked this place based on the SUPPOSED views. It showed views of San Francisco. We were there to celebrate are anniversary. After driving 14 hours to get there. We were overly disappointed with only views of trees. Yes the apartment is beautiful and the location is great. Its quite and safe. But to spend a special occasion on misleading information of views really sucked. Very very disapointed. To go through all the research and searching for the perfect place to spend or anniversary. It sucks. Don't go there if you want views of San Franncisco or the bay.

There was confusion upon our arrival and the place had not been cleaned. When the maid did arrive she spoke no English. There is a very limited water view. The people above were very noisy. Otherwise the location was great and had everything we needed. I would stay again.

We bought in Sausalito so we could continue our lifestyles. We enjoy the cultural excitement of New York with the wonderful museums and theater, and a vibrant cultural life balanced by the natural beauty and serenity of Sausalito with all its wonderful hiking trails, water activities and quaint village feel, yet near to the urban pleasures of San Francisco, particularly the opera and ballet. Proximity to Napa Valley wine country as well as Carmel/Monterey is another plus.

We enjoy the natural beauty right outside our window with an exquisite view of San Francisco Bay including a spectacular view of the City. Right outside our door you can walk down some 100 steps that lead you to the heart of town with its art galleries, cafes, shops and unique boutiques.
