The house and the location were great! The house has a fun vibe, is super clean, well stocked, and equipped. And it's just a short walk across the street to the beach. Easy and responsive communication with the owner.

Gregg was a great host. Communication was effortless. The bungalow was clean and well stocked for everything we could need. The location is ideal for young couples or small families. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and the beach left little to be desired.

Beautiful property. .very comfortable. Bring bug spray for mosquitos/sand fleas when sitting out side.We enjoyed our stay.Gregg is very prompt on fixing anything right away. He is a very nice and considerate person.It is super close to the beach.

Absolutely an amazing house to stay in. We had the best time and made a lot of memories. The rooftop patio was awesome! Definitely recommend staying here. 5 minute walk to the beach. The host is the nicest! It is family friendly. There is also a nature walking trail near by, we walked to it and saw some dolphins and manatees. 10/10

Great long weekend stay. A close walk to the beach with a great coffee shop on the way. The roof top deck was fantastic and we enjoyed listening to the music from Mahuffers. The trolly stop is close and made it easy to get to Clearwater and John’s Pass.

Perfect beach location! Easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds and has most of what you need! Even a beach read! Communication w owner is prompt and extremely helpful! House is great for 4 people... will definitely come back!

We loved this fabulous house! It was so stocked with everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect, quiet roads, but close to the beach, the trolley stop, the bar and the great coffee shop. We were so grateful for the use of the beach items and our granddaughter built a really cool sandcastle! We spent lots of time on the deck upstairs at night, it was our favorite spot to relax after the busy day. Glad we got to meet you, Gregg, and we will definitely be back!

This beach house is a great find. The beach is a short walk away as are several good restaurants. Our host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. He made our stay the best it could be. We would happily return another year.

Gregg was great! Our stay was beyond what we asked for! Walk to the beach was short and easy to get to. It felt like a real vacation for us with our 3 little ones. We will definitely be back! He recommended the coffee shop right by the villa. Our kids loved their mango smoothie.

We enjoyed our stay at Gregg’s house. He had lots of beach equipment that was perfect for using and spending the whole day at the beach. The location was very convenient to walking to the beach with a stop at Indian Shores coffee shop on the way. We loved all the quirky beach themed decor in the house. The rooftop lounge area was great for chilling in the evening when we were wore out from the beach. We met Gregg and he stopped in to congratulate us on our wedding. He was very friendly and truly cared that we had a good stay in his house. We would definitely stay again.
