Goditi la mia casa su un unico livello splendidamente ristrutturata in Conifer Lane vicino a Fort Rock Park. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il parco, SHARC o il centro commerciale. Aria condizionata centralizzata (difficile da trovare in Sunriver), WiFi, vasca idromassaggio, 8 pass illimitati per la piscina / parco acquatico SHARC e campi da tennis prenotabili. Senza pass, l'ammissione allo SHARC costa $ 25 a persona, al giorno. Tengo la mia proprietà pulita e ben mantenuta con lenzuola e asciugamani di fascia alta.

Bella casa ristrutturata con tre camere da letto e due bagni. Layout perfetto: grande, luminosa sala grande con soffitto a volta alto separa la Master Suite dalle altre 2 camere da letto e bagno.

La camera da letto principale comprende un letto king size con struttura in rovere massello, TV, lettore DVD, un bagno padronale con ripiani in granito, due lavandini per navi, una doppia doccia e cabina armadio. La seconda camera comprende un letto matrimoniale con struttura in rovere massello, TV e lettore DVD. La terza camera comprende 2 letti a castello, TV e lettore DVD. Tutti i nuovi asciugamani e lenzuola.

La grande sala si apre sulla cucina e sulla sala da pranzo. Soffitti a volta e ampie finestre rendono le stanze luminose e allegre. Il grande divano componibile può ospitare un grande gruppo. Guarda un film sul grande schermo HDTV. Divertiti con i tanti giochi, puzzle e libri. WiFi incluso. Resta caldo e tostato in quelle fresche notti nel deserto accendendo il camino a gas.

La cucina rinnovata ha ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici a gas in acciaio inossidabile. C'è un barbecue a propano situato sul grande ponte che corre per tutta la lunghezza della casa e si affaccia su uno spazio verde e una pista ciclabile / pedonale.

Posizione, posizione, posizione. Su una stradina tranquilla, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal Village Mall, dove troverete negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e negozi e 5 minuti a piedi da Fort Rock Park per godervi i campi da tennis, le strutture per i giochi e le aree picnic. Sono disponibili biciclette da crociera per adulti. Un posto molto tranquillo dove stare, lontano dai binari della ferrovia!

Questa casa è stata progettata e arredata per rendere la tua vacanza lontano da casa un momento molto speciale. Sono orgoglioso di mantenere la mia casa pulita e ben mantenuta. A differenza di molti proprietari, vivo a Bend e sono disponibile in caso di problemi.

Ideal for families- great place to stay

We were with a family group and had a few cabins rented. Our cabin was ideal for us with 3 bedrooms, great facilities, very clean, bikes kindly provided, great hot tub and of course lots to do including SHARC which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great home, great location

This home was great. Had everything we needed, great location close to the park, AC worked well. Donna was very helpful and quick to respond when the front door lock’s batteries died - she came out and fixed it quickly while my family was at SHARC. Highly recommend

Met Every Need

This place met every expectation. We have stayed at a lot of places in SunRiver over the last forty years and this was one of the best. Our grandchildren came over from Bend and spent a couple of nights with us and they loved the hot tub and room to spread out. The television was easy to figure out and we even successfully connected our Roku to their television with no difficulty. I love it when electronic devices are simple and easy to use. Then we had guest over following Christmas and had a full house with no issues and plenty of room.

Nature recreation getaway!

We had such a relaxing and rejuvenating visit to Sunriver thanks in great part to our home base! The house is walking distance to the park, and a quick bike ride to the village. We loved having the bike path right out the back door and the cul-de-sac was great for scooting and getting to know our temporary neighbors. We went every day to the SHARC, and the location made it easy to stop by Bend a few times too to visit grandparents. This is a beautiful home and even more stunning in person - we would love to stay here again.

Fantastic Accommodations and Location!

It was exactly as described. Lovely home in a great location. All the amenities needed for a fun stay. Spacious, nice outdoor deck with barbecue. (We did not use the hot tub - 100 degree plus weather). Easy access to great walking trails and our family really enjoyed the SHARC swimming area passes. It was hard to leave this morning but guaranteed we will rent this property again in the future.

Great New Year's stay!

The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Living room offers large sitting areas with new TV and cozy fireplace. Wi-fi connection and speed is great. On the deck there is a new jacuzzi with some nice functions like bubbles and jets. The house owner is very friendly and answers to your messages promptly. We love the house and the neighborhood. We plan to stay in there again sometime in the future.

Great location in center of Sunriver and very responsive and kind host. Very nice house for a family vacation at a reasonable rate. Our only small issue was no lighting in the living room area, just needs a couple of floor/table lamps possibly added. The hot tub was a wonderful option to come home too. So many fun activities near by and Sunriver has many amenities right out your door. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Sunriver Gem!

We had a great time at Donna’s property. It’s a perfect location within the Sunriver complex - close to everything we wanted to do. The house is clean and well appointed, with super comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The indoor and outdoor living spaces have lots of nice seating and excellent amenities. Internet connectivity was reliable and strong. Donna was helpful and prompt when we communicated. We can’t wait to return!

Nice 3 bedroom home close to Fort Rock Park!

Great house! Nice and clean with a good layout. Master bed is getting worn. Also house had no paper towels and was low on toilet paper. Other then that it was a very nice house in a good location!

Beautiful and Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. Our family of 7 had plenty of space to relax and then some. With every accommodation in the kitchen, it made it easy for us to cook and BBQ. All of the gorgeous granite and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms were a bonus. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall beauty of the home on a quiet culdesac, so it allowed our family to just enjoy and relax. We love the location right across from Fort Rock Park as well. You can tell the owners take great pride in owning the home because it is very organized and clean. We plan on returning for another visit soon! Many thanks to you and your wife, Bob!

Perfectly set-up house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautifully updated, very clean, modern appliances, and well stocked with all the necessities. The layout was perfect for our family — kids room and one other room on one side of the house, and the master on the other side. We all slept great — the beds were very comfy. And the deck was so lovely. We enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the view of the trees and people riding their bikes past. It’s extremely close to Fort Rock park (a 1-minute bike ride) so it’s great for families that want to use the park. This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in at Sunriver and we hope to come back and stay at this house again.

Decent Place

The house has a good layout and great location. The amenities of the house are not the best I have seen. No helmets, not really kid friendly. There were some repair issues, unprofessional issues and the checkout sheet seemed ridiculous. The carpets were filthy. I have stayed at better properties for the price charged.

Deficits fixed

Stayed over the New Years weekend and enjoyed ourselves, though there were some issues with overall cleanliness of the home/hot tub. The owner had excellent communication and compensated us for the issue very fairly. On our second stay the deficits were all addressed and we had a lovely stay. I would suggest checking each bike for needed repairs. The weather was nice and the neighborhood quiet, and again, Donna is very easy to communicate with.

Loved this property and want to come back again

We loved our 4-night stay at Donna’s home and wish we had stayed a few more nights! We would not hesitate to book this property again. The layout was fantastic for our family of four and two families of four each would easily fit. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances throughout were updated and worked well. The main living area has a large cozy sectional, huge TV and open feel with vaulted ceilings, and the whole property had the right mix of feeling updated but still very comfortable and family friendly. The binder with directions for everything was clear and organized. There was easy access to the bike path and we used the house bikes which were fine for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well! We did not end up using the hot tub but did use the grill, and I sat on the deck most mornings with coffee and a book and loved watching the birds, squirrels and even a few deer walk by. The closets had plenty of space, hangers and dressers - I think this is the first rental I’ve actually fully unpacked in! The wifi was also very good. Bathrooms were in great condition and excellent water pressure. Biking to the Village took about 10-15 minutes (parts are uphill on the way back). We also used the available SHARC passes one day and that was so handy. Highly recommend rafting the Deschutes (we used Sunriver Marina) and the kids enjoyed a horseback ride as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Good Stay

It was a nice place. Not as well-appointed as some of the other homes in the area, but good enough for our 3 night stay. We couldn't find bath mats, and the kitchen could use some additional dishes, utensils. Location was perfect, and it was very clean.

Family house

This house is perfect for family stays. There are two sets of bunk beds for kids and two other bedrooms for couples. It backs onto a bike path and is near SHARK recreation facility. Bikes in garage. Nice deck and hot tub.

Great house, great location

The house was even better than pics; large deck, lots of closet space, bright kitchen and family room. One level with privacy. Only 1/4 mile from Flat Rock Park but no noise from it:)). Kitchen well stocked.

Family Trip

We had a great trip with our family! We had two families (grandparents with us) including a 3 year old. The single level was perfect. The place was clean, bright, and a great layout. The location was great! A short walk to the park and a 30 min walk to the village. We will be back!

I grew up in Chicago, graduated from the University of Illinois, moved to Portland in 1978, completed my MSW at Portland State and moved to Bend in 2009. This Sunriver home was my vacation getaway until moving to Central Oregon. I still enjoy Sunriver when my 3 children and their families come to visit. I love biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and all the year round activities in Central Oregon.

Sunriver includes 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails, two championship 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables, canoeing, rafting, a water park/swimming pool, fishing, skiing, hiking and scenic drives among volcanoes and the Cascade Mountains.

My property offers walking paths, biking paths, access to the resort swimming pools, tennis courts and to close by rivers and lakes for summer outings. The winter time allows renters to ski during the day and then snuggle up by the gas fireplace at night.
