This incredible family friendly 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 750 sq ft Cottage is steps from an inlet leading out to Peconic Bay.
The cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom 1 has 2 Twins, Bedroom 2 has a queen Bed. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area.
The space
This cottage is one of three separate cottages and part of a multiple-residence property. There is also a main house on the site where I live with my family and I’m easily accessible. Though the pool, pool house, and laundry facilities are shared.
Guest access
Guests have access to 300 foot walking dock with seating to view incredible sunsets. Guests have use of the Pool, pool house w/bathroom and laundry facilities.
Guests have use of Kayaks, canoes, bicycles, volleyball, badminton, ping pong
and croquet. Guests will also have Seamless Wi-Fi and music at poolside.
Other things to note
This is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. The property is a rare experience in the Hamptons.

Really excellent stay! Brian made sure everything was perfect - the property is beautifully maintained inside and out. We stayed 10 nights in mid-September and still got to take advantage of the heated pool, and we loved grilling on the patio while watching the sunsets over the dock. Unlike most rental properties, the kitchen gear and grill were in excellent condition and made cooking at home in the lovely setting so enjoyable.It's also an excellent, centrally located spot for exploring the whole east end of Long Island. Would definitely stay there again!

Hamptons getaway cottage

We had a lovely stay at this location. The Owner is super-nice and responsive. The property is well off the beaten path and offers a quiet refuge away from the hub-bub of the Hamptons "scene". Especially enjoyed the pool!

We loved staying there and the property offered so much. Such a cute cottage and Brian the host and his wife were amazing. So accommodating and we were sad to leave. I love it there and would stay again. Highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, great location, matched description and photos. Good instructions and everything in good workong order. Very easy to check in and out. Pool and all the decking look new and really well built.

Perfect stay!

Amazing cottage in amazing location. Everything was as advertised in fact it’s prettier than the pictures. Brian is very attentive and available. Quiet and peaceful. Close enough to the town and beaches but far enough for privacy. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing trip—it exceeded all of our expectations! The cottage was perfectly located right by the bay and had everything we could possibly need. There were steps leading straight to the water, a beautiful pool kept at the perfect temperature, a fire pit, volleyball net, hammock, and all the necessities for a relaxing and fun stay.The cottage itself was spotless and well-equipped. Brian was a fantastic host—very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back for our next visit. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful courage with breathtaking views

Family of four (two kids ages 9 and 11). Perfect getaway. Quiet and peaceful. Pool was beautifully done and views from the private dock were amazing. Water/dryer, canoes and paddle board, Ping Ping table, volleyball - everything accessible and convenient. Owners Brian and Terry were lively and even provided fireworks for the 4th of July for us. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property!

Happy to leave a great review - we had a wonderful experience! Communication was timely, clear & easy. We had a warm welcome to the property by Brian. He was quick to offer help if we had any questions. The cabin was well equipped with anything we needed, and not cluttered with anything we didn't. The construction was impressive, the property was well maintained and cared for and the space was clean & cozy. The views from this property are stunning with plenty to do outdoors. It is quiet & peaceful and yet close to amenities! We had a very comfortable stay & would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying here!

This was our first trip to the Hamptons for the HFAS exhibiting our art gallery from Dallas, TX! Brian, was amazing from start to finish! Ensuring that our late check in was accompanied with him being on site felt so reassuring to anything that might come up while we were there for the trip! Rooms were small, but extremely comfortable, clean and the ac was just perfect! From umbrellas to flashlights as we explored to directions on where to find last minute supplies, Brian was kind and helpful!
