House was exactly what we needed for our daughters cheer comp. Host was amazing with communication and flexibility. Only a 5 minute drive from the beach and convention center and amazing food nearby. Will definitely book here again!

The host is wonderful at communication. The visit was not fun. We had no wifi (hurricane isaias knocked it out) so we had no television or computer access. We only had had our cell phones. The living room light is low & so we had a hard time playing cards. We couldn't use the "fire pit" because the door to the backyard was broken & we would need to slide it off its track, so no entertainment. The guests before us broke the washer so we couldn't use it. The host was upfront about it & honestly if that had been all, it wouldve been ok. We tried to address everything but honestly, got nothing. It was a bad rental overall & if I had it to do all over, I'd chose somewhere else.

My family and I stayed in this house this past week. It’s a nice 3 bedroom. The bunk bed room is great for young kids. House is conveniently located to restaurants and shops, it’s close to the beach and the gulfarium. House was very clean and owner was very nice and helpful. Would definitely book again.

It was clean, close to all activities and dining about 3 minute drive to the beach. The host was great and made sure we all were accommodated and kept in touch to make sure that we made it safely. The area was quiet. The backyard was closed in offering a more private setting along with a bbq grill and charcoal. They offer extra parking in the back. 10/10 we really enjoyed this home and the host was amazing!

Fun in Fort Walton

The townhouse was a great place to stay. Close to free beaches that were beautiful, a grocery store conveniently less than a mile away, and a quick drive to Destin.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The place seems like it could use some updating. The sofa bed underneath one of the beds had rust from the metal legs, a few door knobs were loose, some of the refrigerator shelves were slightly cracked, and the bathroom mirror was chipped along the bottom edge. We also had an issue with the shower. The host came over to inspect and try to fix it, which we appreciated, but we were only able to get cold water and not hot water during our stay. None of these issues completely ruined our trip, but fixing them would make the stay much better for future guests.

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The area was minutes away from Okaloosa beach and Destin. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had no issues getting in the place and the property manager was amazing! I can’t wait to come again.

Fort Walton Beach Stay

We had a good stay where we stayed. It was close to the beach and had good neighbors where we stayed and close to all of the grocery stores and gas stations. In a favorable location as well.

Property is within walking distance to the downtown area, and close to Hurlburt Field. Close to the beach as well
