Located just a few blocks from the Warm Springs lodge, you can walk to the base, or grab the free town bus just steps away. Enjoy the sound of the river in front and relax in the private hot tub with Bald Mountain Views. If you like a fun authentic vintage vibe, you’ll love this property like so many do. Super clean, brand NEW mattresses, a little groovy. Everything a large or small groups needs to enjoy time in Sun Valley/Ketchum.

Great views, comfortable place for all!

This is a great spot. We were a party of 6 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. Well maintained property and the owner was easy to deal with.

Perfect location to enjoy Sun Valley!

Family ski trip with two little ones. This home with incredible views of slopes is quick walk to bus stop. Very comfortable place for all ages.

Great Location

10 minute walk to slopes 1 minute to shuttle bus. Beautiful setting. House was very nice, hot tub. The host even left us some beer so we had refreshments as soon as we arrived!

Family reunion

A fine place - much bigger than we needed but enjoyed our stay. Wonderful hikes in sawtooth. Heat and smoke several days was s problem and it would have helped if house had fans or air conditioning .

Perfect large home near base of Warm Springs Chair

Our families enjoyed a wonderful Christmas at this large, fully equipped resort home with a hot tub and garage. The host Greg was extremely responsive and also provided useful recommendations for local winter activities and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed viewing the moonlight sky and hearing the Warm Springs River sounds while walking with our pet in the quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Perfect family gathering spot

We gathered three generations of family at Greg’s spot, and it was perfect. Not fancy, but very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and big dining table made for fun meals. 10 minute walk to Warm Springs Lodge for skiing, and easy access to town. Dog park is just around the corner. Communication with Greg was easy and thorough. Thanks for a great week in Ketchum!

Great views and location

We enjoyed our holiday stay with family. The view of Bald Mountain was beautiful, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great and the unit has a retro vibe! A regular coffee maker instead of a French press would have been helpful for the number of people we had, plus we did not find a hair dryer. Also, my adult children who slept in the full size beds said both mattresses dipped in the middle. The unit is pet friendly, yet has shag carpet. I personally felt allergic during the stay, so keep this in mind if you have allergies.

Awesome Place, Awesome Location, Awesome Stay!

We (4 men on a guys ski trip) had a great stay at this place. Loved the location, amenities (hot tub, wood stove, views) and owner responsiveness. House was well stocked and in great shape on our arrival… even some “goodies” awaiting us in the fridge!

Great house, great location

This is our second year staying at this house. It is a great spot super close to the mountain. We love the hot tub, and the kitchen is great for the cooking we do. If I had to offer any constructive criticism, I’d just say that the beds are slightly uncomfortable and bowed towards the middle. Check in/out is super smooth and communication is great. We’ll be back!

Great stay!

This is a good property in a great location. We were there in summer (no comment on getting to/from skiing, but think it’s pretty easy!) Everything was clean and in working order and the house was super responsive. Recommend.

GREAT TIME AND LOCATION

Four buddies and I had plenty of room to move about. Plenty of bathrooms and space for 8 (two families would make a great fit). The hot tub was money which was a great way to end the ski day or evening after a meal! The location was close enough to the lodge and lift as well as the night life ….. very centralized. Once you went out and about navigating back and forth became very easy. The mountain itself was great but not for so much for the novice. It is a very challenging hill to say the least but definitely ski able! Also, you are among great history if you are a ski buff. I would definitely consider staying at Greg’s place again. He communicated very well and was available at all times but was not needed on our trip. Everything went smoothly!!! The only recommendation would be to update or add to the non-stick skillets and spatulas. We got by fine but it would be appreciated to all future guests. So if you are looking for a place I briefly described, don’t hesitate!! Greg Thanks again !!!

Great layout, great location

The layout of the property was perfect for our group of 6 for our annual ski trip. Close to the ski lodge and town - great location all around. The owner was local and available, though there was no need to call on him - everything was clean and working fine. We all wish we could stay all season!

Awesome location and great owner

Place lives up to the hype and the owner was very communicative and helpful. We had travel issues getting there and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Sun Valley. Access to the Warm Springs base is very convenient.
