Top Floor Oceanfront Condo in North Myrtle Beach

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (sleeps 6). Enjoy your coffee overlooking the Atlantic with a stunning panoramic view from this top floor end unit. This is a smaller building, with only 28 units. It's perfect for a quiet family vacation, yet close to dining, shopping, and mini-golf. The master has a queen bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is small but perfect for the kids (with bunk beds and a fun ocean scene mural painted throughout the room). Basic supplies are provided at check in, but not replenished during your stay. The unit has a washer/dryer, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space. There is a "beach closet" stocked with chairs, beach towels, a cooler, toys for the kids and more! After a day on the beach, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub - both located on the first level and gated exclusively for guests. There are lots of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy if you prefer a quiet family night in. Close to shopping, dining, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Great location

We loved our stay at this property. We were looking for something near the MB however did not want to stay in the busy area. This area was perfect! Nice quiet area and GREAT view of the ocean! Will stay here again!

Great place to stay with a great view!

This felt like a very private place. It was everything that it said it was. Great place to spend with our family. View from the balcony was awesome. I would definitely consider staying here on my next beach trip. North Myrtle feels more family friendly and the shopping was easier. My first stay in North Myrtle Beach! Loved it!

Great weekend getaway!

Property was a lot larger than expected. Very clean! Well equipped for beach time. Chairs and umbrellas and sand toys for kids that were all in great shape.

Nice condo, even nicer owners!

We had some issues since they were working on the balcony and could not use it. The owners texted immediately and offered us a discount on future visits. I can not recommend this place enough! Great location, great customer service, great time for winter in Myrtle Beach!

Amazing family vacation

The stay was amazing. The unit was as advertised with amazing views and literally right in the beach. A great family vacation for sure. Close to shopping and dining. Mini golf as well as my son and I played every single day. Check in was a breeze. This had everything you could want in a place to stay. Kitchen ware and coffee pot with a toaster..David and heather were amazing and I would without a doubt stay here again..they have a nice little slice of heaven to share with folks and I can’t thank them enough for their great southern hospitality and letting us use this unit for the week..the views were amazing and the sound of the ocean at night and just an overall amazing experience. A MUST STAY for sure

Amazing Condo!

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s right on the beach and centrally located. We had an amazing time and will be back for sure. The host was perfect and took extra care to make sure my family was comfortable and had what we needed.

Best view on the beach

My wife and I had a little Valentine's get away and this was the perfect place. Everything was clean and the view was amazing. We definitely plan on a return trip.

Perfect Beach Stay

This place was phenomenal! My family and myself enjoyed our stay! The Wifi was kind of in & out toward the master bedroom, but there were no other issues! Would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and overall in good repair. Just like all rentals there were little things but overall we loved it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on small side but doable. Great communicatiin!

Great place

This was a wonderful condo, great location and view. All the tenants were super friendly. Great communication with the property owner she was super accommodating! I cannot recommend this condo enough!!! We had 4 adults and 1 teen.

It was a very nice place. I loved it and so did the rest of my family. Great pool and hot tub! Parking was offy at times bit overall it was a great place!

Hi, I'm Heather. My husband Dave has family in the Carolina's and we love Myrtle Beach! Our home is in Oregon, and as our family grew, our visits to the grandparents seemed to keep increasing by an extra day or two each time we came out. We sold our office building during COVID and were ecstatic when this condo came up for sale. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We're in North Myrtle Beach (almost to Cherry Grove). Our stretch of beach mostly has smaller buildings or single family homes. It is nowhere near as crowded as half a mile in either direction from us. We love the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and selection of mini-putt golf courses. If we're feeling like driving into Myrtle Beach, there are golf courses, a Top Golf, a Grand Prix go cart track, a couple of outdoor shopping areas, an outlet mall, and many other entertainments.
