Perfect location

I enjoyed staying at this property. I would appreciate a real sofa in the living area rather than the futon which was very uncomfortable and felt like it was going to tumble over when you got up-as well as the other furniture which was very dated. Pros were misc items stocked in the kitchen, hot water and good water pressure. I would stay here again.

I appreciate your comments with regard to the futon, however, a couch cannot fit in the apartment. The futon came in pieces and was put together in the space. It has been inspected, moved and is in solid condition. The futon is not meant to be a sleeping option. The apartment is for max. 2 people which is for the Queen bed in the bedroom. The bed is brand new as well as the linens. The dining table and stools are only a year old and are modern style. The lamps in the bedroom are new. The lamps in the living room are matched to the side tables. The apartment is eclectic, for sure but the furniture is not dated/old. I am at a loss as to your opinion of the furniture.

Treehouse Beauty

We loved the privacy and beauty of living in the Treehouse. The large, comfy apartment is located in a pretty neighborhood near a park and small lake. The backyard was a tropical garden with 2 parrots. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool that was enclosed in a large screened in patio with lounge chairs . Our host, Jo-An, was so nice and made sure our stay was all we hoped it would be.

Highly Recommend!!

I stayed here when I was in town for the Rays vs. Sox playoff game. Easy Uber or safe walk to the stadium (1.8 miles). Really quite, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to some really cool parks & walking paths along the bay. Also convenient to Janus Live area with tons of bars/restaurants. Host was very pleasant & helpful. Unit above the garage was clean and peaceful overlooking pool (which you also have access to). I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!!

Not at all like the pictures.

We did not even stay here. The sheets were wrinkled, the apartment was dark and dreary, and not acceptable to stay in.

the last guests raved about how nice the apartment is, they checked out 2 days before Mary was to check in. First she called me to say she did not like the bed, then she started complaining that the apartment was not ready, which it was. The apartment is not "dreary" it has cross ventilation with sunny views to the gardens and the pool. I suspect since she was going to the Blues Festival she decided to complain because she did not like that Tampa is 30 minutes from St. Pete. She also demanded a refund. Mary did enter the apartment, parked in the private parking but never contacted me in person, she chose to leave and call me. I am very disappointed in her behavior. This property is a million dollar plus property and in pristine condition.

Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed my stay with JoAn who was a wonderful host. All my needs were met. Quiet and comfortable with afternoons spent poolside. Roomy accommodation which was clean and neat. I would stay again next time I come to Florida.

great location and comfort

This is a great place to stay in St. Pete - close to the downtown area and in a quiet neighborhood. The property is separate from the owner's house with its own entrance and parking space, accessible through a set of stairs. The space is well distributed for a couple - one master bedroom with a nice walk-in closet, a restroom and a kitchen/living area. Jo Ann was a great host, always attentive and helpful to our every needs! She was always reachable and very caring.

Tree House Retreat

A very quiet stay in a beautiful neighborhood; great location. The loft is very cozy, has a comfortable bed and the A/C is quiet and efficient. Two little parrots greeted as we came and went each day.
