A beautiful home, exceptionally clean, two bedrooms with shared bath downstairs and third bedroom with ensuite. Large natural light living area. Upstairs large bedroom with ensuite. Also a "game room" with double bed, single bed, and trundle/sofa bed.Great location for touring all of PEI. Beach access but not particularly good for swimming.Highly recommend as a vacation getaway for family!

Beautiful Cottage

A great property with lots to do and spaces for people to sleep. Very clean and close to many local attractions. Great little golf course on site.

Pristine beach stay

This home was immaculate and close to everything we wanted to visit: Cavendish beach, North Rustico Fishing Village, and Anne of Green Gables Heritage Center. The space was very comfortable with plenty of Queen/king bed options and a well appointed kitchen. We would return in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay!

Lots of space indoors and out for our girls' getaway. This home was very clean and well stocked with linens and bathroom/kitchen needs. Location was great for us as we explored various parts of the island. Natasha and Jon are excellent hosts! Would return in a heartbeat!

What a weekend

We had our 5th annual golf tournament and have stayed here before. Like our stay a few years ago this cottage is nice & clean with lots of room & beds. I would recommend this cottage to anyone. Looking forward to next year.

Awesome

We had a great time. Fabulous weather, property great location to anywhere on the island. Teens the upstairs big room. We golfed 9 hole 3 par inside this private neighborhood. Pool opens in July. The house had everything you need. I would return for sure.

Beautiful House & Location!

I stayed at Edgewater Beach House with my mom, sister and my sister's kids for a week in PEI. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean, as described. It was comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The location was awesome and so were the views of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean views and all the birds! Natasha was a wonderful host. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would highly recommend Edgewater Beach House!!

Incredibly appointed and so restful!

The place is absolutely beautiful. The location is away from any amenities (so you need a car), but that is why it is so lovely. Quiet and right on a beach. Beach was great for wandering, but we did not swim. Lots of great swimming beaches nearby. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and we cooked many meals. The beds are comfortable. We had 4 teens with us and they loved the “rec room bedroom” which had three beds, bean bags, and a TV- so they were away from the adults doing their own thing. The deck has a great view and lots of comfy chairs. The teens used the fire pit in the evening. The pool is quite a distance from the house (1.4 km), but was worth the trek as it is clean, deep and warm (we swam daily and never saw another person). If you are looking for relaxation, don’t hesitate- rent this place!

Great House!

We had a group of adults stay at this house for 6 nights. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and serving our food. It is a large house. We didn't feel crowded at all. This location would also be perfect for families. The large gated deck is perfect for adults and keeping children safe. The back yard is huge. There were bicycles for children and adults, as well as a ton of outdoor items for various activities. The entire community is very quiet. I had contacted our host on 2 occasions with questions before we arrived. I received useful responses literally within minutes. Our group would not hesitate to recommend this house to others. My favourite Island

We all enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Beach House.The 2 teenagers were either in the clubhouse pool or playing pool with their Dad when we weren’t exploring the Island.

A beautiful house and area

We were three families sharing the house and it was a wonderful experience. Each family had their own area with their own bathroom. It’s common space for dining and the living room works very well. . The surrounding is very safe for children and the view all around is beautiful. The amenities such as the pool, shuffleboard, golf, etc make for an excellent vacation especially for children. House also included bikes which were very appreciated. Highly recommend this place.
