Comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped along with the coffee bar. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Would have no problem staying there again.

Everything was perfect! For our stay it was much better than the Best. I could make a list of all those things but truly, honestly it was much better than living at home in my own house. The courtesy provided by both the owners was exceptional. I recommend highly anybody looking for a good place to stay, this is it.

This place was perfect for my elderly mother-in-law and our aunt, who were in Cottonwood to attend a funeral. They had never stayed at a VRBO before and couldn’t have been more pleased with this home. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was very easy for them to navigate. Thank you so much for taking such good care of them.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Cottonwood. If you are looking for something in the area that will also put you close to Sedona, look no further. Clean, spacious, well-stocked, well-lit and cheerful. Excellent communication with owners. Very attentive to our needs. Would absolutely stay there again! Definitely add this to your stay list! We are looking forward to when we can visit there again.

Everything was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place.

Convenient location to all our desired destinations

We liked this home. It was very conveniently located. Clean and comfortable too. We enjoyed our time in the Verde Valley.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had things you wouldn’t bring with you such as soap, a new kitchen scrub pad (an important detail to me), pots, plates , etc. Very close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and the state park. The neighborhood was very quiet and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cottonwood.

Great accommodations, quiet, and well taken care of by a host who will always be available

Incredible location, close to so many restaurants, cute shops, excellent scenery, and fantastic hiking trails. Cannot say enough about our hosts, they really have a fantastic rental that we will be coming back next year. Can't say enough about how comfortable and pleasurable our stay was. All I can say is thank you!

Cute property, nice and clean. We couldn't ever get the shower to work, so had to make due with baths, but overall I'd give it pretty high marks.

The shower has a tag hanging up prominently that you have to pull down the end of the bathroom spout, our phone numbers are prominently posted should any guests have questions or concerns. We can’t solve a problem if we are not aware of it.

Cottonwood Stay

This place was perfect for us. We stayed a week at the apartment and it had everything that we needed. Very well stocked, thinking of all of our potential needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to old town, Jerome, and Sedona.

Fall Trip to Arizona

This property in Cottonwood was quiet, comfortable and provided us with a convient location to explore the Sedona area of Arizona. Hiking, biking, exploring the region and many other activities are available to travelers who stay here. We will stay here again if and when we return to this region for future visits.
