We visited for two nights as a group of five in August. This place is the most well organized, well stocked and clean VRBO we have stayed in! Beautiful home and it is like you are coming to your own ocean front getaway. Everything you need and don't think you need is there. Burgers done on the Green Egg taste phenomenal! Sand dollars galore on the beach during low tide. We will not forget this place for awhile!! Book it!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and labeled. We enjoyed the extra large table for gathering. Everything you need to enjoy your stay and enjoy the ocean was readily on hand. Some of us had a workout using the stairs to the third level, but the height of the house allowed for a nice view of the ocean. Our suggestions to the host would be to have a TV in the main area for relaxing on rainy days with everyone being able to watch. Otherwise, we would stay there again and give it 5 stars!

This place is by far the best beach house we have rented in all the years of traveling to the Washington coast. The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed to relax and unwind. The attention to detail is incredible, not a thing or item overlooked by Steve, Alice, and Felicia. This place was perfect.

Such a wonderful stay

We had a great time staying here. They had everything you may need to feel at home. The most organized place I have been too, which I enjoyed. Short walk to the beach, lots of wild life, quiet, and peaceful. Would recommend and would love to stay again!Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house is great! It is the most well stocked house we have ever rented! We enjoyed our time at the beach, golfing in town and eating out. I would most certainly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Love the beach. The three floors provide just enough space for gathering together and privacy for a family with young adults.

One of the best houses we stayed in!

We really enjoyed staying in this house! It was very clean, well stocked kitchen, well organized, easy to find stuff. Heating system is very cool:), you can't hear it running at all. We enjoyed the hut tub and short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house.

The house was great! Very clean and well appointed kitchen and bedrooms, lots of extra pillow blankets and the beds were comfy! The walk to the beach was doable for all but my 80 yr old mother, so we drove to the beach for her. The house is bright in the mornings, so bring an eye mask and earplugs if that bothers you.

This property and the hosts were top notch. We enjoyed every aspect of the house and there were no accessories or amenities left out! Great for families and friends. Secluded enough to relax and reset but close enough to town to be convenient. Steve was super helpful and very responsive to our questions and requests. We want to come back again now that we know the property and the surrounding area! The house has numerous thoughtful touches and you can tell was designed meticulously for family enjoyment. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to our next visit to Copalis and the big yellow house!

The home is just as described and even more organized than you could imagine. Kitchen has all the amenities and then some. Ocean is literally just at .4 mile walk (about 10min) through the grassy trail and over a bridge (unstable elderly on their feet would struggle). Communication with owner and management was exceptional. Weather was mild and dry for mid-August beach time, we loved it. Never heard any neighbors and we abided the speed limit (easy access and plenty of room for our 3 vehicles).Home was clean, beds and bathrooms clean, hot tub clean. Plenty of space for our family of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles). Plenty of beds for everyone (loved the pass-through closet space that could be used as a nursery for infant because a pack-n-play was there too). We didn't need the MIL unit downstairs but we glanced at it and it looked amazing. Loved all the beautiful windows, deck with table and chairs. Loved that towels were provided for the beach and hot tub. Enjoyed playing the games and putting together 3 different puzzles. Bring plain deck of cards if you want them. Easy to hook up personal music via blue tooth on the main floor. Used the elevator for loading and unloading the car. If you prefer using washcloths, bring your own. We were greeted the first evening by 3 deer. I appreciated that there wasn't a TV in the main room (creates the get-away vibe and forces more conversation). Just 15min drive to Ocean Shores or Seabrook. Great location. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed there with our 6 kids (ages 9-21), and I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable vacation rentals I have ever stayed. Yes, there is actually an elevator, and it was nice to get all of our luggage upstairs that way. The location was immaculately clean and had fantastic instructions on use of the facilities, including the hot tub! We loved the ocean view and hearing the roar of the surf when opening the windows or doors. There was a small town grocery store just over a mile away and it was a short 15 minute drive to Ocean Shores where we had a nice family dinner at Dugan's Pizza.There were a couple of does and their fawns frolicking in the back yard both days we were there which fascinated the whole family. One time we were in the hot tub when they came within 30 feet and watched us as much as we watched them! The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes for me (the dad carrying all the stuff) but my kids made it faster than that! Beautiful view, ocean birds (including some up close eagle sightings) and fantastic kite flying! It's worth bringing a sturdy kite due to stronger type breezes. Kids played some of the board games that were provided and did some puzzles too--just more great amenities that show the thought and care the owner invested in this rental. 5-stars. Worth your time and great value for your budget.

Comfortable house, amazing views and right on the beach

The house had everything you could possibly need. Very well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds. It was nice to have an outdoor sink with warm water when it came time to clean the clams. The elevator did turn out to be great for bringing the cooler and other stuff up to the main floor. The huge dining room table was nice for meals. The living room had no TV but we brought our own.

Great Getaway

Our family had a great time, even during the Winter. Lots of usable living space. Modern amenities. Comfortable and relaxing sleeping quarters. Three story beach house with beautiful views of ocean and nature. Trails lead to the beach via floating bridge and sand dunes. We flew kites on the beach. Good food options in Ocean Shores. Jumped in the hot tub when we got cold. So fun!

Amazing home - great location- perfect

Property described perfectly, highly organized and every amenity you could need for a getaway! Walkable to the beach! Very clean and management was highly responsive.Met the owners who were very friendly and invested in their home and commitment to comfortably. Get ready for some stairs and getting a bit of a workout in! There is an elevator but it wasn’t utilized (or we couldn’t figure out how to make it work). Drivable to tourist attractions but away enough to feel secluded. Great hot-tub, size, location and ease of access to supplies. Would come back again!

Family Ocean and Razor clamming trip

This house was well thought out when being designed and built. There are lots of notes around the house explaining how things work. House has everything you need. We loved the outdoor sink under cover with hot water to clean our limits of Razor clams. The elevator was wonderful as the kitchen is on the second floor to see the ocean. We loved the large dining table with the huge rotisserie in the middle to serve food instead of passing entree around. The owner Steve even called me if I had any questions prior to our stay.

Perfect!

I'm afraid to say how wonderful this place was - as I don't want it to get too popular and not be available ever again! Please keep it a secret! This beach house was absolutely wonderful. Steve has made it so comfortable, well equiped, organized, and clean. We loved the little touches, like the labels on the light switches and in the closets so we could put things away properly. Loved the radiant heat and extra blankets. The views were wonderful, and despite the wind, rain, and hail, it was almost like the huge windows were self-cleaning because once the sun was out, the views were instantly back! The huge kitchen table was perfect for both dining and board games with the kids. Plus, there was plenty of space to spread out and get some quiet time. Very pleased with our stay, and we hope to wind up there again some time. Thank you!
