Spacious basement suite with lots of room for relaxing. Large open concept apartment. King sized purple brand mattress and a queen sized gel mattress on a pullout couch. Large kitchen With walk in pantry. Smart TVs located in living room and bedroom. Big jetted tub. Beautiful large backyard with outdoor seating. Gazebo, Firepit and Bbq grills. Located at the foot of Hobble Creek canyon and close to a beautiful reservoir. Close to several parks and bike trails and frisbee golf course. Just minutes to the world renowned golf course. 20 min. to Provo and 45 min. To Park City and Heber Valley. You will have plenty of space to relax and rest. Paddle boards are available for use at the reservoir. No pets.No smoking or vaping on the property. This is a basement mother in law type apartment located in a quite family neighborhood. There are horses and dogs,cats and ducks that live on the property. We the owners do live upstairs with older children.

Clean and stylish

Enjoyed our stay clean and comfortable the welcoming committee ( dogs ) was a little obnoxious but overall had a very nice stay.

Just what we were looking for!

My husband and I wanted a little vacation/honeymoon that wasn’t too far from home but private with amenities we wanted. This place was perfect for us! It was very clean, super cozy, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The dogs were yappy but they were kept behind a fence and one even let me pet it! I definitely recommend for a cheap, and private place to stay in Springville!

Great space, friendly host!

We stayed there for one night. There was a hiccup with the Vrbo system but the host resolved that very quickly and was friendly throughout. Nice space, clean and quiet. Would recommend for anyone staying in springville looking for a place to drop in at night!

Didn’t want to leave

I would live here if I could. Such a nice place. The accommodations are way comfortable with plenty of space and everything you’d need. Met the host and she was very kind. The dogs are little, friendly and not scary at all. I want to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the back yard more.

Spacious Beautiful home

This home was very spacious. Very comfortable bed and couch. It was in a very convenient location with easy access to everything we needed. Very clean and cozy and exactly as it was described. Check in was easy and the owners were very friendly.

Could not get to the back yard. The owner dogs were there all the time. And there was no mention about the stairs going to the basement, Being elderly 76 years of age.

The apartment was well kept, comfortable, and pleasant. The hostess was a very friendly person, and we loved all the animals. What a fun experience!

Apart was great, but could not use the bed bein quite high to climb for 2 oldies so slept on couch.

Jaccuzi was ok but hard to get in being old, suggest for some bars on wall would help, the stay was pleasant, thanks.

Perfect long term stay

My wife stayed here for 16 days during August while I traveled back and forth from Arizona. She felt very safe and comfortable knowing the owners family was right above us. They were great hosts and the apartment was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for the extra long stay. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood but it is close to many restaurants, shopping and the freeway. We will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful place to Rest!

We had a great time and plan to come back. The jet tub was amazing! Our child loved their play set. Our only wondering was why a mattress cover was on the purple bed, which negates the benefits of purple bed. Thank you we look forward to spend even more time at your place!

Home Away From Home

I stayed here for about a month while working in nearby Mona, Utah. The property is across from a high school and tucked into a great neighborhood. Great for walking the dog and checking out the beautiful scenery surrounding the property. I always felt safe walking by myself. The hosts here are wonderful human beings who I'm very glad to have met.

Home away from home

My wife and I took some time for our anniversary just to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We didn’t need to do any extravagant adventure this time around. Just wanted a place to relax and enjoy one another’s company. This was the perfect place for that. A cozy little location that was close enough to city amenities that you could take advantage of that as well. An added bonus was the everyday friendly greeting from Berra, Jeter, and Cookie. And the HUGE jacuzzi tub added a very nice relaxing touch.

Oh my! This apartment was so quiet, relaxing, spacious, clean, and comfortable! There were horses and ducks outside that you only noticed when they made subtle sounds. I slept like a log in the huge, luxurious bed. The hosts were rarely seen, yet communication with them was seemless. I hope I get to stay at this property again!
