This was the best stay we have had at the beach every amenity was great, the walk to beach, food places, pool and hot tub. The cleanliness of the room when we arrived and the quick response if we had any questions and overall kindness. We will most definitely be booking another trip and staying at the same place.

This condo was an amazing place to stay. My husband and I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again.

Our family had a great time! The location to the beach, pools and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean and the communication for the check in/out process was clear and easy. We had zero complaints and plan to visit again!

Capt. Brent’s apartment is very clean, you can find almost everything you want, from the cooking ware to beach towel. The location of the apartment is 3 mins walking distance to the private beach, 3 mins driving to Whole Foods, also a lot of restaurants and seafood market.We definitely will be back next time!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived and stocked with soap, dish detergent, clean towels and bedding. Great community pool and neighbors and a short walk to the private beach. We hope to stay here again!

This condo looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was absolutely beautiful and extremely peaceful. The details throughout the condo made everything so convenient. Our host, Capt. Brent, was absolutely incredible and extremely organized as far as updates and check lists. I had a question for our host and he called me immediately. He is definitely a super host for sure. The beach was stunning and having our own private chairs/umbrellas under Maravilla Condos was lovely. Our host also sent us food recommendations that were within walking distance or a mile or two up the road. We are so glad we tried his suggestions as the food was delicious! 10 out of 10 we will definitely book with Capt. Brent on our next adventure here.

Beautiful place with a very thoughtful layout with plenty of room for 2 or a small family of 2 younger children because of bunk beds in hall. Location is close to beach and 3 easy to walk to restaurants. The condo was clean on arrival and the entire resort appeared well managed. The complimentary beach set-up was wonderful. Communication was excellent. We even got an early check in. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because my husband and I could not get comfortable sleeping on the mattress.

Beach Getaway

We had an awesome stay here! Everything was clean, the check in was super easy, and the host was very informative! The walk to the beach is super short and easy! I would stay here again.

This was our second stay at Maravilla 4305 and it was just as great and cozy as the first time. Please see my earlier review. This is a great spot, lovely clean and comfortable rental, caring host. Highly recommend!

This condo and property is the absolute best. This is perhaps the cleanest and well kept condo we have ever stayed. Brent, the property owner, was a pleasure to work with. He is very informative and lets you know of the smallest detail if it was going to affect your stay. I will be back for sure. Maravilla grounds and pools are well maintained and spotless. The beach chair service was impeccable, and the workers were a pleasure If there was a flaw in anything, I never saw it. So go and enjoy this condo and property. You will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, definitely met all our needs. Close to everything. Main thing was the cleanliness of the unit and it was 10/10 stars. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I chose to stay here for our honeymoon, and we truly could not have had a better experience! The first thing I said when I walked through the door was, “I need to know what this scent brand is,” because it smelled just as amazing as it looked!The property had everything we needed for a week-long stay and was just a brisk walk to the most beautiful private beach, complete with our own chairs and umbrellas included with the property. We were also within walking distance of some amazing restaurants; please try Pompano Joe’s if you get the chance!The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the amazing Destin breeze. And a BIG note: the water at the nearby beach was CRYSTAL clear blue! No matter how deep we went, we could always see our toes. Everyone at our private beach was also incredibly friendly and respectful.The only reason we’re sad to give this place 5 stars is because we don’t want any competition when booking this VRBO again . In all seriousness, please support these hosts. You can tell this isn’t just a business to them; it’s a home they’ve poured so much love into for others to enjoy.We will definitely be coming back this upcoming May!
