We were in Dewey for a disc golf tournament and were looking for a place for my family and I to rent for the weekend. Every thing in Prescott was a little too pricey for us. So we looked around to place that were close but not to far and found this place. It was perfect for us. A lot of room and cozy. Had a bed for us all. My 3 year old just started sleeping in his own bed so we were going to see how he would do in a different place. Shoot he was so comfortable and didn’t care. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely consider this place again. Host was super nice. Made sure the check in was smooth and if we needed anything. Great place! The horses were a plus made us feel at home!

Garrett was a great host! Prompt responses to any questions that arose. The property was also great. A fenced in courtyard area for our dogs and the covered patio was a great place to sit and have coffee! We loved seeing all the cows that wander in the wash. The wash was flowing for most of our stay and loved the sound of the flowing water. There was also plenty of parking. We did not use the game room much in the basement area but a great spot for kids to enjoy. Plenty of room inside the house for many guests. Nearby restaurants were also good, but maintains a small town feel. We would absolutely stay again! Again…Garrett was an outstanding host!

This was the perfect location for the family to stay at for a family wedding in Black Canyon City! The rooms were comfortable and the views spectacular. We truly had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend.

This place would be great for a family with teenagers …lots of games set up. Beautiful front porch to have your coffee in the morning or anytime. Yard was perfect for our dog.

Our stay was perfect. The owner contacted us multiple times to make sure all our needs were met. The home was clean and had all essentials to use for our stay. It’s a perfect place to stay if in town for a wedding and was great central point to travel out for seeing different sights. It was quiet and beautiful environment that made it great for relaxing at the end of the day.

Home was exactly I was described. Plenty of parking and wonderful porch views. We were lucky enough to have the river running while we were there… Grandchildren loved the indoor game room in addition to being able to check out the river.

Garrett our host was very accommodating. Having two drip coffeemakers was wonderful for those who like leaded vs. unleaded coffee. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck in the morning and evening relaxing and the view is lovely.

Place was perfect for our stay during our daughter’s wedding at chilleens. (Only 5 mins away) We got lucky and had rain the week prior so the river was running and created a beautiful backdrop. Host Garrett was great to work with.

Beautiful home

The house was just a described. It had plenty of room, everything was clean, extra blankets/towels, the basement was awesome for the kids to play in. Overall a great trip!

Garrett and Bianca were very responsive. They were adding solar panels when we arrived, so the power was off. They made sure that we could access the house and notified us when they had to turn off the power. We had no issues with anything. Loved the house and its views.

Family time

We were in BCC to visit family. This home was close to our family and was a great place to meet. We enjoyed the game room as well as the beautiful grounds and the animals!!
