Godetevi la nostra casa sul canale con esposizione a sud che fornisce sole tutto il giorno sulla piscina coperta e sul molo di lanai. La casa ha una planimetria a flusso libero con le aree di vita che si aprono nell'area della piscina e lanai schermato con ampio accesso dalla tana e dai salotti. La piscina riscaldata ha una zona pranzo coperta e accesso diretto all'ampia zona del molo per prendere il sole o rilassarsi sotto la palma. La tana, il soggiorno, la camera matrimoniale e la camera da letto per gli ospiti sono tutte dotate di TV a schermo piatto LCD. La camera doppia ha due letti estraibili. Entrambi i bagni sono aggiornati con piastrelle di marmo. È disponibile il servizio internet wireless.

Situata nel tranquillo quartiere Lamplighter di Marco Island, la nostra casa è un breve giro in bicicletta dalla spiaggia o un giro in barca di 10 minuti al golfo con la pesca proprio al largo del molo. Tutti gli elementi essenziali sono inclusi; sdraio, ombrellone, teli mare, biancheria superiore, 5 biciclette e canne da pesca, ecc. * No gatti per favore. Sono ammessi cani di piccola taglia. C'è un tavolo da ping pong per il divertimento della famiglia e due seduti su kayak da pesca per il vostro uso. Usiamo un gestore di proprietà professionale su Marco che accetta carte di credito. Per la tua protezione non accettiamo bonifici.

Eravamo solo in casa. Non c'è marea rossa su Marco Island. La pesca è stata fantastica e la spiaggia e l'acqua erano perfette!

Awesome Stay On Marco!!

The home is exactly as described and my wife and I had a wonderful getaway!! Everything was clean and they even had extra supplies such as paper towels, soap, etc., so it made our stay even easier. The pool was wonderful and the garage has 5 bikes as well as beach gear and it is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The owners and property managers provided great communication and we highly recommend this property!!

Perfect place for our vacation

House was well stocked with all the essentials. Clean and nice layout. Pool was secluded from neighbors and well kept, we used it everyday! Really appreciate having bikes and beach towels too. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Marco Island!

Our family had a fabulous stay at this property! This is our third VRBO on Marco and our favorite stay by far! The kitchen was very well equipped as we cooked breakfast and lunch at home. The neighborhood was amazing and quiet! We have stayed at other properties where the houses were close together and we had lots of neighborhood noise. We love being on the canal it was very peaceful and the dock was amazing to sit on and catch the sun. The pool was large and the sitting areas we comfortable and allowed for plenty of shade when needed! We also rode the well maintained bikes to the beach several times ( bike locks provided) to enjoy long walks on the ocean front. The house was VERY clean and check in process was easy! Everything was well labeled inside the house (lights, pool, air etc.). We had one small issue with the pool heater and the management company came right over and called the pool company who arrived within 2 hours. This issue did not prevent us from swimming and it was fixed immediately. A must stay, a great place for a family of four or 5!

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the view including the pool overlooking the canal was spectacular. It was nice to be able to sunbathe on the dock or by the pool. The kitchen was so well stocked and location was about a mile from the beach and very close to I all the great restaurants. The beds were so comfortable. It really was a perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay. Really recommend for families: we loved the bikes and biked to the beach (easy), pool and deck were super clean and wonderful, sitting on the dock at sunset was magical. Kids loved ping pong and the stratego game, and we kayaked in the canal. We had breakfast outside each day. Highly recommend this home, the neighborhood is very pleasant too (as is the whole Marco Island). We loved staying at this property more than staying at the beachfront high rise hotels, just such a wonderful and relaxing environment. Thank you for the stay, and we hope to come back!

It’s a good canal front home that needs TLC

Overall, it was a good house. Love that it’s on a canal and you can park your boat alongside the dock. Comfortable couches in the family room. Beds are of average comfort. The overall age of the house is starting to show and the exterior maintenance is very poor. Lots of weeds everywhere in the rock bed, brick pavers and all round the landscaping features. Oool deck is partially sunken and cracked.

PERFECT

Wonderful! This property is excellent in all respects. It is conveniently located for street access as well as water access. We were pleasantly surprised with the well stocked kitchen, including almost every conceivable spice needed for preparing meals. The home was clean and inviting in every way and I have absolutely no reservations recommending this property for your stay on Marco Island.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The location was great - easy drive or bike ride to restaurants and the beaches. The house was well stocked with everything we could want inside and out it and we really loved the pool.

The VRBO with everything!

We had an awesome stay!! Everything was very clean and there was so much to do! The pool, fishing off the dock and bikes were a big hit! Our teenagers said they never got bored! House was fully equipped with everything. We will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Wonderful experience

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and it was just breathtaking. The house was big and fully loaded with all kinds of things! The pool was clean and ready for the kids to enjoy! So many bikes and beach chairs it was not possible to miss the opportunity for activities. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a 5 minute drive to a Family Church we were able to attend before a beach day! No complaints here.

Our family of 5 loves the water and Marco Island could not be a better place to enjoy it. People consider Marco to be the Hawaii of the mainland and it has consistently been rated as a top island vacation spot. The climate is wonderful and between the beautiful white sand beach, our pool, and being able to jump on the boat and go, we consider this our little piece of paradise. If we could use the house more we would but we are busy raising our children and hope this home will be a place we gather for years to come.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

After visiting a friend on Marco, we had such a good time and really enjoyed everything that Marco Island offered that we choose to buy a house on the water. It has been our little piece of paradise with easy access from the Fort Myers International Airport, the beautiful beaches, the great climate and a whole host of things to do. But it also a great place to just relax and read a book by the pool or on the dock.

The year round climate, being on the water, swimming in the pool, the fishing from the dock, the beautiful beach, the night life and restaurants. What more can we say!
