This condo was absolutely nothing short of perfection for our stay. I will definitely be booking here next time I need lodging in the Pigeon Forge area. The location is perfect. So clean, all the amenities and as comfy as could be.

Beautiful property conveniently located close to many attractions including Dollywood and outlets! We loved the decor and the property was sufficiently supplied for all our needs…thank you for such a beautiful and clean condo!

This is a beautiful unit. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the creek. This will be the first place we check each time we go to pigeon forge.

This is a 5 star vacation rental, no doubt. The condo was so clean and neat. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Pigeon Forge. When you are on the balcony looking at the stream, you would never believe you are so close to the Parkway and all the fun. The geese and birds are so beautiful. Chris, the host, gave us all the info we needed for a quick and easy check-in and checkout. We enjoyed the reserved parking area so close to the room. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here. It’s breathtaking when you walk in, the floors shining and everything spotless, and the beds were so comfortable! Clean laundered bedding and having the evenings after the shows on the balcony listening to the river was a sleeping pill! This is by far the best place to make memories with your family! Perfect!! I will be back! The host is a blessing to work with also!! We loved it!!

The property was in an excellent location close to all attractions. Being on the river gave you that mountain feeling. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck early in the morning and evening. We will definitely be returning!

Great location for Pigeon Forge attractions and easy walking distance to the LeConte Event Center. We were there for Bronco Stampede and walked over for the morning, back to the condo for lunch, and then walked back over for the afternoon. Very easy walking. Condo has a nice view of the river and one covered parking spot. Could use some kitchen wrap products (plastic wrap or aluminum foil) for covering leftovers. Bottom of the primary bathroom tub is stained/discolored (looks dirty), but works fine.

The stay at Bear Crossing was convenient, clean and overall great stay. It was close to the main events. There was a car show during the week which didn't affect our stay at all. We will definitely use this location again.

Condo was as shown. Very clean. Lovely balcony area. Our daughter really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Kitchen was adequate. One thing the coffee pot uses regular ground coffee not the pods. Very quiet. Close to everything. We would definitely stay again when we come to Pigeon Forge. Our host responded quickly. Thank you

Awesome vacation! Clean, well kept and beds were so comfortable! The river beside the condo was so relaxing! The sounds made nap times a must on the balcony!! Enjoyed so much, we booked again in August!! The host kept us updated and check in and check out was a breeze!! Thank you.
