Fabulous Property

The property far exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it! There was more than enough room for three families and beautiful outdoor spaces and activities right at your doorstep.

The house was dirty and not well maintained

There were spider webs and bugs all over the house. The property itself was a mess. There were leaf piles everywhere, the grass has not been mowed it what looked like months. The drawers and cabinets were stuffed full of things and were not organized or cleaned. There were rotting potatoes in one if the kitchen drawers. The master bedrooom had things just shoved under the bed and under the dressers. Upon arrival which was communicated to be earlier, we walked into open half eaten food in the counter, dirty boxers in the bathroom, clothes laying on the bed and someone had used the shower after it had been cleaned. The floors were dirty and there were spiders webs everywhere. The house also smelled like animal urine. I could go on and on. The owner has no right to charge what he did. This house was in terrible condition.

Sunapee Vacation

This is a great property settled within a great community. We had 8 adults, two children and our family dog for the week and we had a blast. The property has all the amenities as described. Working with Alex throughout the process (from start to finish) was the icing on the cake. He was extremely informative, communicative and responsive to any questions or issues we encountered.

Ski weekend with friends

We had 3 families and the lay out worked well, great family room/kitchen space for gathering and the location to Sunapee Mountain was great, right off the rotary by the entrance.

Christmas stay

We had a great time over a few days at Christmas We had booked late after having to cancel an overseas trip earlier in the month. It was therefore great to have a house that accommodated everything we needed with very little missing. The owner was always contactable. The hot tub was great and a useful addition after a couple of ski days at sunapee. The location is great and close to everything we needed. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great stay!

We had a great long weekend at Alex’s home. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great, quiet location close to Mt Sunapee and restaurants. We loved the outdoor space and the hot tub. We will be back!
