Stairs to beach happen to be right next to our unit. There will always be beach access as they are relocateable if need be. Cons: seawall repair. But they don’t work after 3.30 typically, or on the weekends unless it is an emergency. An emergency would be a storm, or some part of the work in progress was breached for example. This SCG3 wall is currently in repair to the right of our unit, and we won't know what day it comes in front of ours, but not yet as of 2/16. Machinery may pass back and forth. This is a modern, peaceful unit that guests return to time and time again, we are fairly new to VRBO so don't have a lot of reviews but enough to be a premier Host in our first six months! Come to a fantastic getaway on the no drive beach one hour from Disney, and all theme parks, and Orlando attractions.
