Accommodation: Residence LES JARDINS DE NEPTUNE - secured with a collective swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09 (subject to modifications), a children's playground (park, table tennis, basketball court...) you will discover this holiday house for 4 people.House of 38 m2 with terrace equipped with a garden furniture with awning and electric barbecue.The accommodation on 2 levels consists of: In the DRC: A bedroom with a bed in 140, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with ceramic glass hob - fridge / freezer - dishwasher - microwave..., a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. NEW 2026 : Washing machine At L'ETAGE: a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90, TV and storage closet.Only the DRC has air conditioning - Fan upstairs.The rental has Wifi (Netflix and Canal + access)Parking will be on the street (parking places in the 2 streets next to the residence. )Multiple activities at the door of the residence - Discovery of the Port and its activities - Beach - Shopping - Sports activities ..Beautiful vacation on the horizon!
