Fantastic 5⭐️ Vacation Home

After a long time of searching for the perfect vacation home for our family trip we booked Monorail Silver and it did not disappoint, it exceeded our expectations. The house was very spacious, clean, well equipped and situated close to the clubhouse and amenities. Laura & Jeremy were very attentive hosts. We will definitely return and recommend Monorail Silver to friends & family.

The house is gorgeous. Full of Disney themes from cutlery to mugs, pictures to shower curtains. The pool is west facing and gets lots of sun from late morning to sunset, which was perfect for us. There are TVs in all bedrooms and a massive washing machine and tumble dryer. The 3 double bedrooms all have lovely en-suite bathrooms. With the downstairs one having a 2nd door to the living area. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and Laura even offered to help get us some essential provisions for when we arrived. The house was fabulous and Laura’s communication first class and friendly. I will recommend this house to all my friends and family, and would love to book again the next time we come to Orlando.

Unit was in great shape and kids loved the theming. Location was perfect for a Disney week. Hosts were the perfect level of communicative, getting us all the information we needed but letting us enjoy our vacation. Complex security was great, even checking IDs when we returned in an uber one evening. Great option for those looking for an off-property Disney week!

Fabulous house in the perfect location

Just returned from the most magical holiday and we were lucky enough to stay at Monorail Silver. The house itself is perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need and more! The hosts have thought of every possible detail and were always quick to reply to any queries and requests for recommendations. The complex itself is also fab with a shop and onsite takeout restaurant and even a kid’s club. It’s perfectly located for Disney and so many more places we got to visit. I honestly cannot recommend this highly enough as a place to stay, thanks again for hosting us!

This townhome was clean, beautiful and well equipped

The home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick meal or snack. The bathrooms/showers were amazing. Water pressure and temperature were great. The pool was private and great to cool off on the hot July days/nights. Also only 5 minute walk to community pool. My husband and I were traveling alone so we only used the primary bedroom but the bed was so incredibly comfortable. We are actually a little sad to be returning home to our own bed. Lol. Laura was great to work with - was always very upfront and open with her communication. When we did have a question, she was very quick to respond. We have absolutely no complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

Monorail Silver was an excellent choice for our four-generation family trip. The townhouse was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a layout that made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable. The decor was tasteful and well-thought out, and small touches—like plenty of fans, conveniently placed outlets, and useful hooks—made a noticeable difference in day-to-day convenience. The private pool was also a great feature, just the right size for unwinding after long days at the parks. Communication was excellent from the time of booking through checkout, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome! The location is perfect, just a short drive to the Disney parks and close to everything you could need. The home is beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The community is friendly and welcoming, and communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Best home we have stayed in after years of visiting Orlando. Home was spotless and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Photos don't do this home justice. The beds were the comfiest ever. Thank you for allowing us to stay, if we return, your home will be top of our list.

Amazing rental!

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and was a great escape from the heat when we needed it! Our boys loved the pool and games! We will definitely rent this one again next time we’re in town!

Home away from Home!

We have had many stays in the community and this has been our favorite home to date! Everything was fresh and new with amazing mattresses and furniture. Looking forward to our next stay on the property.
