The location was excellent with lots of walkable options for food, arts and entertainment. The parking, even though across the street on the next block, was easy and no issue. We were able to unload at the property, park the vehicle and get everything upstairs without an issue. The house was super clean. This is only the second place in 15 years I’ve walked barefoot in. The group coffee room was lovely and our room was just perfect for our needs. We loved having a corner barn/restaurant and being a block from the Portland Museum of Art. The hosts were great communicators and hands off. If we ever want to stay in Portland again, we would definitely try to stay here before looking at other options.

Lovely Stay

My boyfriend and I couldn’t have be any happier with our stay in Portland Maine. It was our first time visiting and the location of our stay was *chefs kiss*! The Inn at Parkspring provided a home away from home feeling, the room was beyond spacious and A interior.

The Inn was charming and the West End neighborhood was just far enough away from the Old Port, only a 15 minute walk.

Downtown Portland Hidden Gem

Great deal for such a central location.. Our room was on the top floor and while we could faintly hear outside sounds we never heard a peep from other's staying in the inn.. Loved the contactless check-in/out. We'll definitely be return customers..

Comfy little spot!

We had an enjoyable stay in Portland. The property was well maintained and allowed us access to various parts of the city. If you want to be closer to the water and Old Port, I would suggest an alternative spot as this location is about a 10-15 walk up the hill. We would definitely encourage those that are looking for an apartment type vibe to stay at this Inn!

Super hostess

I had a nice stay at the Inn. The location is convenient to the museum and some restaurants that I enjoy. The inn itself was clean and comfortable. It was fun to experience staying in a neighborhood rather than in the commercial neighborhoods that house many of the larger hotels. A highlight was that Katrina, the hostess was very helpful in arranging my stay. Her communication was timely and helpful and she sent a wonderful welcoming note the day I checked in. I should add that the keyless entry was easy to use and the nearby parking was another nice feature. Thank you Katrina for a great stay in Portland!

Fun Stay in Portland

We enjoyed our stay at the Vrbo. The room was, truthfully, an upscale version of a hotel room. Lotsa plants, comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom. We were on the third floor, and left the windows open an night. The only drawbacks: 1) parking, as the host indicated, was tricky to find; 2) being on the third floor, with no elevator, we had to lug our suitcases up two narrow flights of stairs. No big deal - just be prepared. The area was very nice, just a couple of blocks from restaurants, etc. The arena was a short distance away. Although "old Portland" and the "docks", with a lot of shops and restaurants, were between 0.5 - 1.0 mile away, it was an easy walk to that area. Basically, we walked everywhere. We had a great time.
