Excellent DC location. Close to Metro. Quiet neighborhood. Great local food places. Had 2 parking places in the alley behind the house. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. Our 9 adults had plenty of room in this home. We would stay here again.

This charming home was ideal for our group. With ample sleeping space everyone had privacy. The first floor was laid out well and comfortably furnished. The host was very communicative and helpful! We would definitely use this location as base camp on our next visit.

Excellent location close to Smithsonion's Zoo with many shops and places to eat nearby. We were 8 adults and a toddler and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The host was outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. Having off street parking for two cars was a big plus!

The host is very accommodating and communicative and this was the cleanest, most organized home we have stayed in over many years! The location is also great with plenty of walk to restaurants, grocers and anything else you may need. Highly recommend this property for a family or friends stay!

Our first visit to Washington D.C. was 8 family members, coming in honor of my husband's 70th birthday and "bucket list" to visit the Smithsonian(s)! I hoped to find lodging for all 8 of us but yet have privacy and for everyone to be completely comfortable. This VRBO fulfilled all of my needs, had an accurate description, provided all the necessary details and more. It is a quaint vintage property that made us smile & bonus was adequate private parking space for rental car. The 5-minute walk to the Metro was very easy to maneuver - used the Metro to get to the National Mall & museums each day - but be prepared it is an incline returning to the house from the metro station on your return. The host provided easy to follow instructions to access the house and on how to depart - was generous in his communications and answered promptly when I had a question. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again and will trust that this location is available! 5 stars definitely!

Great place for a family trip

Beautiful house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a family trip. The neighborhood was great and safe, lots of good restaurants nearby and close to the zoo and Metro. The host was excellent and responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

DC Trip with Family

Amazing location for a short trip to DC to see pandas and the monuments and memorials. Responsive and welcoming host. 10/10 and if we are ever back in the area will stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped. The temperature in the house was very comfortable. We used all 6 bedrooms. The location was excellent. Our host was incredible, like a genie in a bottle….our wish was his command. It doesn’t get better than that. A very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful home and location!

The house was clean, furnished beautifully and stocked with everything we needed. Roozbeh, the home owner, was extremely responsive. I recommend this home if you plan to spend some time in the DC area. It’s perfect!

Beautiful property

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. It was the perfect place for all of us to gather and visit. The house is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and communication with the host was prompt and so very accommodating.

Family DC Trip

The house was perfect for us. It provided a large enough common area for relaxing downtime and each bedroom was spacious. There were numerous quality restaurants within walking distance. And access to the subway was great so everyone was able to get to the sites that they chose with ease.

Roozbeh made our stay perfect!! Very responsive and courteous. He even dropped off a toaster for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to DC!!
