Had a great time, much needed vacation. Condo and surrounding pool and beach was very nice, pleasantly surprised with the area, Have not been to the East Coast in a while. Will Definitely return again. Very good communication for rental.

Very nice property..well stocked. Nicest unit we have had since we started coming to Topsail 15 years ago..Will book this unit from now on.

Immaculate condo - great views

We were very pleased with our unit. The only issues we had were with the St. Regis overall. I understand it's aging but we were bummed out the elevator near us didn't work (we usually walked up and down the stairs for exercise but would have helped to have a working elevator since we were on the 5th floor for when we were bringing everything up and down on arrival and departure and the obligatory trip to the Food Lion). Our main disappointment was that the Fitness Room was closed all week. We had to join the local gym and that cost us $70 we hadn't budgeted for. Again, not the fault of our individual unit which was well-kept and we were happy with. Just a downfall of the age of the buildings.

Seashore Realty appreciates the feedback and review! There was an unfortunate incident that flooded the gym which is why the HOA temporarily closed it while you were here. There are also multiple elevators in every building so even if 1 was down, there'd be another 1-2 to use!
