Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this beautiful apartment includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a furnished balcony;
- a spacious terrace with 360° sea view.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness as well as its beautiful view of the sea.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
It should be noted that children under 5 years of age are not allowed to stay in the accommodation.
The apartment is ideally located:
- 15 minutes walk from the beach.
- Close to many hiking trails.
- Near typical village inn, open all year.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- Musée Fesch 25 minutes by car;
- the Citadelle d'Ajaccio at 26 minutes;
- Plage du Ricanto 27 minutes away, and many more.

Villanova is surrounded by the municipalities of Alata and Ajaccio. Very close to the city center of the latter, the town has become a «suburb» of Ajaccio. The habitat is grouped in the village of Villanova and four hamlets San Fedele, Poggio, Scaglioli and on the seafront (southern shore of the Gulf of Lava) I Costi di Villanova and Capo di Feno which houses one of the most beautiful beaches in the Ajaccio country. The town is bathed by the Prunelli.

From Les Salines station: 22 minutes by car.
From the Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport: 27 minutes by car.
