- Check-in time is 4:00pm
- Check-out time is 10:00am
- No smoking inside or outside the villa is allowed
- No pets, emotional support, or service animals are allowed due to allergies
- Must be at least 30 years old to rent. Proof of ID must be provided to owner within 48hrs of deposit.
- Rental contract must be signed and returned to owner within 48hrs of deposit.
- By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded (occupancy is 15 (8 adults/7 kids max)).
- This vacation home is for general vacation use only.
- Only guests whose names are listed on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in this home.
- This home may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed occupancy.
- Parties and Entertaining external guests (those not staying) are not allowed inside or outside the villa or surrounding property.
- Pool and Spa Heat are a required Sept-June at $50 per night (included at check out).
- Gas for Grill is INCLUDED!
- Access to the Reunion Waterpark, Golf, Tennis, Mini-Golf may be available, advanced request required and based on availability, additional costs apply.
- Pack and Play & Highchair included
- No bubbles inside the villa
- No crackers or confetti inside or outside the villa
