Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Our family enjoyed it and hope to rebook again. You get so much for the money, beautiful view and wonderful lake.

We loved our stay! The lake was beautiful and we loved the big yard for outdoor games. The house had all the amenities needed. We would definitely come again.

Great location, great property, so much included!We all loved the games, DVDs, paddle boat, private dock, well stocked house, and fantastic lake. This host goes above and beyond to create a cozy atmosphere. Everything from the blankets in the living room, to any kitchen utensil you can think of, lots of TP, the dog towels, fans/heaters in the rooms, comfortable deck furniture, BBQ and fire pit, etc etc. We were constantly amazed by what was there, available for our use. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the house. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. When there was issues Joanne and Len were very helpful and rectified the problem as quickly as possible! We would definitely recommend and look forward to possibly returning in the future!! The location is perfect!!

Amazing New Year Get Away

We had an amazing get away vacation. Kids loved the backyard, where they spent most of the time building snowman. The house was nice and cozy and we are planning to get back sometime in future.

Deka Lake

Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. A lot of other lakes nearby to visit. Home was very well stocked.

Deka Lake August 2022

Great place on the lake with everything you need. Joanne was extremely helpful and made sure we were ready for our stay. The weather was great and the fishing was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Cozy and lovely place

Its a beautiful and lovely place to stay for a vacation. We really enjoyed the place. The weather was not warm but inside the house is warm and comfortable. They kept everything we needed. Definitely we would like to go back there in a next opportunity. Thanks Joan and Len, Maryam and family

Wonderful!

Had a great time on our family holiday! Kayaking, swimming, paddleboat, snorkeling, bocce ball in the big yard, fishing (well we tried - fish didn't cooperate), Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great deck, lots of room to do everything! We would absolutely go back - thanks Joanne and Len!!

Great Cabin on Deka Lake

Just right for our adult family fun! Lakefront property with a sandy bottom lakeshore, great for swimming, floating and other water sports. Everyone, including the 2 dogs, enjoyed the large yard for lawn games, and the deck with its screened pergola for a bug free dinner. The cabin was older, but clean, cozy, and very well appointed. Will be back

80th Birthday celebration

Joanne was an excellent host. Easy communication. We loved the property and the large deck for gathering. 2 lawn games at the same time and access to 5 kayaks made for lots of fun. The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. We were very happy with this find.

A perfect getaway

We had a great New Years staying at Deka Lake. The house was a perfect set up for our two families. It was well stocked with all the things you could need or forgot to bring. The kids loved using the cross country skis provided. We were able to bring our dogs along, definitely a bonus. We are already talking about heading back this summer. Joanne was a dream to deal with, so kind and accommodating.

Fun in the sun

Stayed in July 2022. No complaints here. Joanne and Len were excellent hosts. Appreciated access to the kayaks, adult life jackets and firewood . Also a very child friendly and safe environment. Home was fully stocked and equipped. Well above what we had expected, will be going again next year....

Friends Fishing Trip

5 of us (a 6th had to cancel for family reasons) travelled to the "Lakehouse" from Kamloops, Chase and Kelowna for three days of ice fishing and comradery. The facilities were first class! The house was fully supplied with the necessities for our stay and was very comfortable.Our Hostess kept in contact and was prepared to assist us in any way needed. We anticipate booking there again next year. A great location, great facilities and excellent service. Thank you.

Great week's vacation at Deka Lake

Great week's stay at Deka Lake July 10-17, 2022. with 2 grandparents, 4 adults & 4 grand-munchkins enjoying warm summer weather @ this location. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes & dishwasher added to our comfort. Very large water-facing deck with plenty of sitting & eating options.& also large screened-in gazebo. Safe swimming from dock with lots of minnows for the grands to scoop & release. Red fox & flock of 8 ducklings were also visitors. A very pleasant summer's stay here.

Interlake treasure.

A wonderful spot to unwind in a peaceful, exquisite environment. We had deer walking in the garden, eagles soaring overhead, a Loon catching a fish and a nap on the lake, a determined resident Mallard that visited dialysis and entertained us. The dog had a safe garden to romp around. Children were happy and had a safe place to enjoy the lake and all it offers. We plan to return some time soon. Thank you Joanne and Len!

May Long Fishing Weekend

Three nights stay at the lake house. Amenities were there as listed plus more. Host came by briefly to give some info and then was out of our hair. A few things didn't work as - nothing that affected the trip - host was understanding and addressed the issues at the end of the trip as they were very minor issues. Good communication.Overall great weekend - would recommend.
